1. Welcome and Check-In: Your Adventure Begins Duration: 10 minutes Description: We recommend arriving 30 minutes early at the meeting point in our offices in Cozumel. Receive a warm welcome from our team, who will deliver your access wristband and guide you to our waiting room equipped with bathrooms and lockers for your comfort. Here, our certified guides will introduce themselves, explain the itinerary of the tour and provide you with the life jacket, along with clear safety instructions. Once ready, we will begin the adventure towards the pier. On board the transparent boat, our team will make sure you are comfortable and prepared, capturing a group photograph as an initial souvenir before setting sail. Your unique experience starts here!

2. Exploration of Sunken Ships: History and Marine Life Underwater Duration: 15 minutes Description: We sail from the diver’s monument to the sunken ships Patzcuaro and Laguna de Mandinga, submerged to form artificial reefs. Through the transparent bottom of the boat, you will see how these wrecks have been embraced by nature, housing tropical fish and colorful corals.

Know before you go

• Service animals allowed
• Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
• Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries

• Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
• Over 5 years: You can participate in the tour as long as the parents or legal guardians sign a release letter.
• Older adults : There are no age restrictions as long as participants can access the boat without inconvenience and are in physical condition.
• Pregnant persons: For reasons of safety and comfort, we recommend that pregnant persons participate in the tour only until the 24th week of gestation. They are also required to sign a Release of Responsibilities Letter before boarding. We suggest you consult your doctor before booking.
• Mandatory use of life jacket.
• Not allowed: Use of any type of Sunblocks and Body Creams are not allowed, in order to prevent any accident and protect our local flora and fauna
• Alcohol consumption: In Mexico, the consumption of alcoholic beverages is legal from the age of 18. During the tour, any alcoholic beverages that may be offered will only be served to participants over the age of 18, subject to verification of identification.
• Smoking prohibition: Smoking is not allowed on board our transparent boat or in the facilities related to the tour.
• Glassware: For your safety and that of the crew, please do not use glass containers or products
• Late Arrivals: If a traveler is late, our team will be responsible for integrating them into the tour quickly, whenever possible. In addition, we offer the option to reschedule at no cost if you show up at our offices and your cruise schedule allows. This ensures that this unique experience is not lost.
• Adjusted Schedules: Our excursions are carefully designed to ensure you return to Cozumel’s main pier on time, allowing you to board your cruise smoothly. You are advised to inform staff at the time of registration.
• Coming from Punta Lobster International Pier? We’re just a short walk away, no taxi needed! Safe, easy, and just 3.5 blocks north. Our check-in team will be waiting for you!
