Amazing day from the cruise with Giovanni
We had an amazing day with Giovanni! He was a great driver and tour guide. Always willing to provide info and answer questions. It was so hot and he checked in often to see everyone was doing well. He took us to an amazing lunch. One of our favourite days, the best private tour for our group of 8.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ BEST SERVICE & TOUR GUIDE EVER! I cannot say enough amazing things about Mr. Taxi! From beginning to end, he treated us like absolute VIPs and made our entire day unforgettable. He took us to Sorrento, Pompeii, and an incredible wine tasting on the slopes of Mount Vesuvius. Everything was perfectly planned, and we were able to relax, enjoy ourselves, and take in every moment without worrying about a thing. One of the highlights of the day was when we were driving into Sorrento and he actually sang to us! It was such a fun, personal touch and a memory we will always have from our trip to Italy. Mr. Taxi went above and beyond all day long. He wasn’t just our driver—he made us feel like we were spending the day with a friend who truly wanted us to have the best experience possible. Mr Taxi Cab - Car Service
I am taking the time to write an excellent review for Taxi Mr Cab From planning my trip from NY to amalfi coast Ciro was very responsive. His drivers were also very communicative, safe drivers, English speaking, punctual, and kind. Francesco picked my family of 4 up from Rome airport and drove us to Sorrento. Giuseppe picked us up from Sorrento with a stop in Pompeii and then to our hotel in Rome for the final stop of our trip. Giuseppe was punctual, clean car, very accommodating which made it worth the expense. Not having to navigate ferry, train, bus was worth the additional expense. The cars are air conditioned and clean. I highly recommend them for your travel.

Just back from a great trip with Francesco - he was amazing!! We went to Positano then onto Sorrento, where he had booked a restaurant for lunch. Then on to Pompeii where we had a private guide who was very informative,

Excellent guide
We had the most amazing experience with Mr. Taxi, and in particular our driver, Giovanni. From the moment he collected us, he was warm, friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. As a local from Naples, he shared fascinating information about the area throughout the day, making the journey just as enjoyable as the destinations. Giovanni planned our route perfectly, taking us to all the breathtaking viewpoints before the crowds arrived, which made such a difference. He even treated us to delicious shots of local limoncello, adding a lovely personal touch to the day. He brought us into Positano, where we enjoyed a beautiful walk around the town, before taking us to Sorrento. He kindly made a restaurant reservation for us so we didn't have to queue, and even came back to check that we were enjoying our meal and that everything was okay. His level of care and attention was exceptional. Travelling with two teenagers, we really appreciated how thoughtful he was. He was constantly checking that they were comfortable, cool enough in the heat, and enjoying the day. Nothing was ever too much trouble. He then brought us to Pompeii, where we had arranged a private guide, who was also fantastic—friendly, engaging, knowledgeable, and great fun. Together, they made the whole day unforgettable. Giovanni truly went above and beyond in every way. His professionalism, kindness, local knowledge, and genuine care made this one of the highlights of our holiday. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mr. Taxi, especially Giovanni, to anyone visiting the Amalfi Coast, Sorrento, or Pompeii. We will definitely be booking with him again on our next visit!
