Mom/daughter duo; multiple trips/excursions
Pierpaola was our driver for events on several different days. Everything was planned out and timed perfectly each day. His English is amazing. He was kind, thoughtful, and very courteous. His knowledge of the region is fascinating and he provided very interesting details along each drive. His driving is very skilled and we felt very safe the entire time. He truly helped make our first trip to Italy be memorable and unique. Since he is local to the region, it seemed everyone knows and loves him! Pierpaola is a genuinely great person. First he picked us up from the train station in Naples, took us to lunch, then drove us to Pompeii for a private tour and finally to our lodgings. The next event was a driving tour of the Amalfi coast. He made sure he told us where to get the best pictures at each location. When we stopped in villages, he gave us time to shop and look around also. He arranged dinner reservations at an amazing cliffside restaurant. Communication during times when he dropped us off to shop or eat was easy using WhatsApp. I highly recommend downloading to your phone to use while it Italy. It works much better than texting. Finally, he conducted the final trip of driving us back to the airport to return home. Amazing trip and we made a new friend! Thank you Pierpaulo for a stress free and fun trip!!

Naples to Amalfi
This was our second trip to the Amalfi coast and our second time booking with Vincenzo at Imperial. Vincenzo is always right on time courteous friendly. He’s a local resident to the area so he is very knowledgeable of all things Amalfi coast. He is super helpful with places to go and places to eat. Recently, he picked us up from the Naples train station and brought us to our hotel in Praiano. We also booked a tour with him to sightsee the Amalfi coast. This time we visited Ravello and Amalfi . He assisted us with restaurant selections and of course, the best gelato in Amalfi. He is truly is a wonderful driver and an excellent tour guide. For our return, his brother Paolo drove us to the Naples airport safely and on time both drivers speak excellent English. If you are looking for, both a reliable and fun experience. I highly recommend Vincenzo and Paolo at Imperial.

Flexible and fantastic private tour for 7 of Amalfi Coast and Pompeii with Paolo - would do it all again!
This tour for our group of 7 was from the cruise port to Amalfi and Pompeii. Participants ranged from 13 to 50 years old. Paolo was informative, friendly, and helpful. He was on time and waiting when we disembarked, shared a ton of information on the drive and was flexible based on what we wanted. We covered a lot of ground in one day and he kept us moving along. I really appreciated hearing the information on our way to each stop, then having the freedom to walk around as we pleased until it was time to leave for the next location. We stopped in two villages on the Coast, a place for pizza, then Pompeii before heading back to the port. This was one of three private tours we had on our trip (different companies) and this one was the best as far a clarity of communication, timeliness, and information learned. We would 100% book this again.

BEST DRIVER/TOUR GUIDE!!!!!! If you are looking for a private tour I would suggest Pierpaolo Scala.
We hired a driver to go to Pompeii with Imperial Car Service. We knew we wanted to go to Pompeii and wanted to see Amalfi Coast. But did not know how to get it all in within the 8 hours. Pierpaolo suggested a few ways to see all and enjoy the day. We stopped in Pompeii for cafe and bathroom before going to the ruins. He dropped us right at the gate where we meet our tour guide. And he picked us up after the tour at the another exit. He makes you feel very comfortable and secure by informing you of specific information, he also gives his phone number for you to contact him when needed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Paolo great driver great trip great experience
Our driver Paolo was great! He was very knowledgeable and took a lot of time pointing things out things and told us a lot about nontourist places and lesser known great experiences. Only wish I had known about him before booking two private tours of the Amalfi Coast. Would have definitely booked with him I would highly recommend this service to anyone Preston
