Had an amazing experience on two transfers

I had an amazing experience with my transfer! It was actually the second time I had a transfer with them because I can say now they are the nicest and most helpful people. Not only do they pick you up from your accomodation (which the other providers don’t really do) but they are very caring in the communication via WhatsApp on giving all the information, weather conditions and so on. As I was hiking solo the driver checked out on me during my hike asking if I was ok, also gave me two options for a pick up depending on the time left. The time for the hike was calculated perfectly, I didn’t have to rush but I also didn’t have to wait long in the sun and heat. I feel like everybody in the car had a nice experience and felt like they are taken care of. Would totally recommend!!!!!

Response from the operator: Thank you very much for your detailed review of your experience and most importantly for reviewing also the driver. We are really happy everything worked out well.

    Beautiful

The driver was very friendly and punctual. We were brought by Fábio and he was very open to questions and gave us all the important information. If you do not have your own rental car, I can highly recommend the transfer. The PR9 hike was also beautiful and doable for everyone; there are no steep inclines, which makes the hike really pleasant. In between it is a bit crowded, especially when you arrive at the waterfall at the end, but that is normal.

Response from the operator: Thank you very much for taking the time to review us. We are glad to see that Fabio provided a great experience and that everything worked out well.

    Amazing hike and transfer

We went on a self guided walk of Vereda do Larano with Levadas In and Out, and we thought the experience was excellent. We were given plenty of information before the hike. Fabio gave up pick up information and collected us on time. He was very kind and knowledgeable. We had plenty of time to do the walk and were able to access someone if we had any questions. I would definitely recommend this company and we liked they did some hiking transfers to levadas and walks that others don't offer!

Response from the operator: Thank you very much for taking the time to review us. We are glad that you had a great day. Thank you for reviewing Fabio

Great hike off the beaten track

A great hike of just under 8 miles. Some amazing scenery from extremely steep and unguarded cliff tops. Be warned, this hike isn't for you if you don't like heights! Our guide, Flávio, was excellent and gave us a good briefing on what to expect. He also gave lots of background info on Madeira and sent links to help us navigate. My only concern was not having a physical map to refer to. I think this would be a useful addition as an extra precaution. My mobile battery was very low towards the end after using the Alltrails app and a physical map would have provided reassurance. An all round good experience!

Response from the operator: Thank you very much for taking the time to review us. We are glad that you had a great day. Thank you for reviewing Flavio

    Beautiful hike and great transfer

Fabio was a great driver and guide that gave very clear instructions (in advance and at the starting point) and was always reachable by phone in case of problems. The hike was beautiful and peaceful and easy to follow. Definitely a hidden gem on the island. Would recommend!

Response from the operator: Thank you very much for taking your time to review us and Fabio. We are glad to read that everything worked out well. Thank you
