    Peru with Peru Inkasico

A couple of weeks ago we had the opportunity to travel to Cusco with my family and friends, visiting Peru from the Netherlands 🇳🇱🇵🇪. It was a truly unforgettable trip, full of adventures, emotions, and moments that will remain in our memories forever. ❤️ A large part of this wonderful experience was possible thanks to all the coordination and the excellent service of my favorite travel agency, Perú Inkasico. I want to especially thank Marylin for being attentive to every detail of our trip, organizing everything with great care, and making it so we could simply dedicate ourselves to enjoying it. Also, many thanks to Tito, the owner of the agency, who had the kindness to communicate with us personally to ensure that everything was going well. Those details really make the difference! 100% recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you, Perú Inkasico, for helping us make this trip a wonderful and unforgettable experience! 😍🇵🇪✨

    Lack of customer care

It seemed a bit careless on the company's part not to have a protocol if a tourist gets sick. During and at the beginning of the tour I got sick due to the change in climate and when I told the guide. The option they gave me was to walk back to my hotel, without checking if something could happen to me while moving around due to different factors; in that sense, the customer is not taken care of. Likewise, when I told customer service what I could do if I got sick, the answer they gave me was "if you get sick, losing your tours is your responsibility," that is, 0 empathy in helping me with how I could get better, only worried about the payment issue. When it was already paid in full and when I clearly already knew that it was my responsibility and I was not asking for a refund or compensation, just to know what options or things you would advise me as a company. Personally, if I were to go again, I would recommend other agencies. That said, guide William is highly recommended.

It was very pleasant; the logistics, from the transportation and the guides to the way they told us about the history, were all enriching.

I congratulate you; it was truly an incredible experience thanks to all the logistics you managed.

Tours Sacred Valley, Pisac, Ollantaytambo and Chincheros: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cusco.

How much does Tours Sacred Valley, Pisac, Ollantaytambo and Chincheros cost?

    +

Prices start at $29 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cusco usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Tours Sacred Valley, Pisac, Ollantaytambo and Chincheros take?

    +

Plan for about 10 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cusco is not rushed.

Is Tours Sacred Valley, Pisac, Ollantaytambo and Chincheros worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 69 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.8/5 across 9 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Cusco, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Tours Sacred Valley, Pisac, Ollantaytambo and Chincheros?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Tours Sacred Valley, Pisac, Ollantaytambo and Chincheros suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 10-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Tours Sacred Valley, Pisac, Ollantaytambo and Chincheros?

    +

Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cusco can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cusco and add a light layer if any part of the 10-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Tours Sacred Valley, Pisac, Ollantaytambo and Chincheros start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cusco within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Cusco?

    +

On Outty we rank every Cusco experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Sacred Valley Full Day Tour, Full-Day Humantay Lake Trek (Meals Included), Cusco: Rainbow Mountain & Red Valley Premium Day Trip with Meals. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Cusco?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Cusco?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.

What is included in Tours Sacred Valley, Pisac, Ollantaytambo and Chincheros?

    +

Included: Tourist Mobility; Official tourist guide; and Permanent assistance. Not included: Snacks; Partial Tourist Ticket; and Lunch. Always check the voucher for the final list before you travel.

Does Tours Sacred Valley, Pisac, Ollantaytambo and Chincheros include hotel pickup?

What languages is Tours Sacred Valley, Pisac, Ollantaytambo and Chincheros offered in?
