Well worth it
Chris was knowledgeable, personable, and open to requests. He knows Oxford well and was able to explain the college system to us. He took us to some lovely places and gave us the history and told us about the architecture. We spent a couple of interesting and enjoyable hours in his company.

Response from the operator: This was a. rebooking from a prior cancellation for the same date which was not adequately picked up on the booking system. I spoke with the client as soon as I became aware of the situation, offered profuse apologies and that I would meet them in Oxford to take the tour asap; this was declined, as was the offer of a discounted tour at a later date. I then authorised a complete refund. It goes without saying how very much the client's justifiable distress and annoyance was felt. Pretty devastated here too, as we have built up and pride ourselves on our 5* reputation for quality tours and customer care. So our truly heartfelt apologies once more. In the ten years we have been operating this is a one-off. All I can offer is an assurance that the system has been rectified so this situation will not reoccur.
