A Tour in Dublin with Trinity and Book of Keĺs

We have a fantastic tour in Dublin. Our guide Giulio was professional and briliant.

Grazie ancora Antonio

    Best way to experience Dublin

We were a group of 6. Very interactive with each other and guide. Jimmy our guide was very knowledgable and entertaining

Response from the operator: Here is the English translation with **Giulio** replaced by **Jimmy**: I’m very happy to hear that! Jimmy is truly one of the best guides we have. On every tour, he manages to share all his love and passion for Ireland. Congratulations to you for choosing not only to visit Dublin, but also for adding to your tour the visit to the library of Trinity College and the wonderful Book of Kells, preserved inside. If you return to Dublin, we will be happy to accompany you in discovering other hidden places and to share new anecdotes and legends with you. And if you happen to visit Florence, feel free to contact me I’ll be delighted to show you around the cradle of the Renaissance. Thank you again, Antonio

Jimmy was a fantastic tour guide and made us wish we had more time to stay in Dublin. However, since we only had the one day, he really made the most of it.

Response from the operator: Jimmy super guide! He is a real Dubliner who turn a great tour into an unforgetble experience for those one ae so like to meet him in Dublin. If one day you will come back to Ireland, we will be very happy to show you much much more. We also open in Florence, so if you come to Italy, please feel free to contact us

    Could have been better

We found the your a little slow, and disjointed. It’s history and legends and there was not much about that. Overall was a walk around City and letting us know good places to eat and drink.

Response from the operator: Hello, thank you for your review. A critique, when constructive, is always welcomed and appreciated. When I read about your disappointment with the tour you took with us, and knowing that Jimmy was your guide, I wondered whether that day Jimmy might not have been at his best. Since he started working with us, Jimmy has always gone out of his way to make every tour something unique and exceptional for each guest, as can be seen from the dozens and dozens of glowing reviews he has received over the past year. But of course, we all can have an off day. However, right after reading your review, I saw yet another beautiful review that Jimmy received—from the other couple who was on the same tour with you—and I felt reassured. It can happen to have an off day, just as it can happen—and this is the first time—that someone might not fully appreciate what we do. I’m sorry this happened to you, but I’m also happy to see that Jimmy, as shown by the following review from someone who was on the same tour that day, was simply being Jimmy: a top guide, a true Dubliner who knows how to make every tour an exceptional experience. I truly hope you still had a wonderful holiday on the Emerald Isle.

tour Semi Privato (8 persone max) 2.5 hr Tour a piedi: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Dublin.

How much does tour Semi Privato (8 persone max) 2.5 hr Tour a piedi cost?

    +

Prices start at $45 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Dublin usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does tour Semi Privato (8 persone max) 2.5 hr Tour a piedi take?

    +

Plan for about 2.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Dublin is not rushed.

Is tour Semi Privato (8 persone max) 2.5 hr Tour a piedi worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 77 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 74 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Dublin, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule tour Semi Privato (8 persone max) 2.5 hr Tour a piedi?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is tour Semi Privato (8 persone max) 2.5 hr Tour a piedi suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book tour Semi Privato (8 persone max) 2.5 hr Tour a piedi?

    +

Around 26 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Dublin can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Dublin and add a light layer if any part of the 2.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does tour Semi Privato (8 persone max) 2.5 hr Tour a piedi start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Dublin within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Dublin?

    +

On Outty we rank every Dublin experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Dublin to Cliffs of Moher, including Wild Atlantic Way and Galway, Dublin Highlights and Hidden Gems Guided Walking Tour, The Little Museum of Dublin Famous Guided Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Dublin?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Dublin?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
