    About this experience

Our tour of Wicklow includes beautiful scenery, historic buildings, gardens, lakes - or whatever you want, led by a local guide. We visit little villages, mountain areas, stately homes and maybe my family farm up in the Wicklow Mountains! We can visit Powerscourt Gardens (admission charge here) or Russborough House (admission charge here), drive through Wicklow Mountains National Park, and explore the valley of Glendalough. Here we will visit the ruins of the monastic city, founded by St Kevin and look at some of the seven churches and the famous round tower. If you like walking we can walk around both lakes and enjoy the dramatic scenery and lovely forest. We will also make time for a nice lunch in one of the lovely pubs or restaurants in Wicklow. Or a pint on the way home....! I can customise your day - just message me when you book me and we will make a good plan!

Personally curated and truly memorable experience!

What a wonderful day of Wicklow and Kilkenny! Dairine was a fabulous guide! Her historical knowledge, driving skills and local experience made for a truly incredible day tour. We appreciated personal expertise that was far and away from any cookie cutter big group tour. She was attentive to my physical limitations without requiring the group to sacrifice the most spectacular and intense physical climbs and excursions. While two climbed the only round tower open to the public, two others sipped shopped, but we all enjoyed a personally curated day! Cannot wait to come back and will definitely book with her again.

Response from the operator: What a wonderful review to receive! Thank you for taking the time to do this. My thanks to you and your friends for a fun day in Kilkenny and Wicklow - it was lovely to tour with you all.

    Dairine is an excellent...

Dairine is an excellent tour guide. My son and I enjoyed learning more about the areas history as well as enjoying a wonderful hike with scenic views. We also enjoyed learning more about the Powerscourt gardens. Dairine is a wealth of knowledge and a delightful person. We will definitely book another tour with Dairine on our next trip to Ireland.

Response from the operator: Thank you for that lovely review!

Excellent guided tour of County Wicklow, Ireland

We so enjoyed the tour with Dairine. She adjusted the tour schedule to accommodate the weather. She shared interesting facts all along the way. Dairine is very knowledgeable of Wicklow, its history and the local plants and animals. Our tour felt like we were spending the day with a friend, not just a guide.

Response from the operator: Thank you for this lovely review - it is always very rewarding to hear nice feedback and it is appreciated.

Tour Wicklow Mountains National Park in a limo with private guide: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Dublin.

How much does Tour Wicklow Mountains National Park in a limo with private guide cost?

    +

Prices start at $645 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Dublin usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Tour Wicklow Mountains National Park in a limo with private guide take?

    +

Plan for about 8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Dublin is not rushed.

Is Tour Wicklow Mountains National Park in a limo with private guide worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 74 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 49 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Dublin, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Tour Wicklow Mountains National Park in a limo with private guide?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Tour Wicklow Mountains National Park in a limo with private guide suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 8-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Tour Wicklow Mountains National Park in a limo with private guide?

    +

Around 17 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Dublin can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Dublin and add a light layer if any part of the 8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Tour Wicklow Mountains National Park in a limo with private guide start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Dublin within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Dublin?

    +

On Outty we rank every Dublin experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Dublin to Cliffs of Moher, including Wild Atlantic Way and Galway, Dublin Highlights and Hidden Gems Guided Walking Tour, The Little Museum of Dublin Famous Guided Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Dublin?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Dublin?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
