With a guide visiting each place.Tour Évora (UNESCO World Heritage), a place of great cultural and gastronomic wealth, where you can still find traces of various civilizations, from Roman temples, its beautiful Cathedral, the Church of San Francisco and maybe one of the most caricatured places to visit in Portugal, the Bone Chapel always within the walls of a Medieval Village. A memorable tour to Evora and Alentejo!

This is our 2nd private day tour with Anastacia and like the first one, we enjoyed it a lot! She is very knowledgeable about the places we visited, its history, stories and other interesting facts. She is also flexible with time, allowing us to spend more time in the places we were most interested in. She also went above and beyond by suggesting some places and products to shop in and around Lisbon, that we haven’t visited yet in our previous and current trips. We can’t wait to book another tour with her and Kitzel Tours, when we come back to Portugal again in the near future. If you’re looking for an unrushed, relaxed and personalized tour, we highly recommend Kitzel Tours and Anastacia.

Response from the operator: Dear Friends!! Thank you very much for your kind words and very happy did love our day. Hope to see again for amazing day!! Cheers João e Anastasiya. Muito obrigado e até a próxima !!!

    Terrific Experience!

This tour exceeded our expectations as our tour guide Anastasia was a font of knowledge for Évora and the entire Alentejo region. Évora has a distinctive history and is a must visit city when visiting Portugal. A huge bonus was the visit to the cork works as not many of these operations are open to the public. Anastasia was also very knowledgeable about the cork workflow and showed us the different steps. David who is a member of the family owned cork business welcomed us in a very appreciative manner as did his mother and father. A highly recommended tour! Thank you Anastasia!

Response from the operator: Dear Friend. Thank you very much for your kind words and very happy did love our day. Hope to see again for amazing day!! Cheers João e Anastasiya.

Anastasiya was absolutely amazing! Great tour of Evora

Our guided tour of Évora was absolutely fantastic. Our guide was amazing! so knowledgeable and passionate about the town’s history, which she brought to life in such an engaging way. She also took us to a wonderful local place to eat that we never would have found on our own. On top of all that, she was genuinely lovely and made the whole experience feel personal. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Portugal.

Response from the operator: Dear Friends!! Thank you very much for your kind words and very happy did love our day. Hope to see again for amazing day!! Cheers João e Anastasiya.

Tour Evora and Alentejo with private guide: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Lisbon.

How much does Tour Evora and Alentejo with private guide cost?

    +

Prices start at $80 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Lisbon usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Tour Evora and Alentejo with private guide take?

    +

Plan for about 9 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Lisbon is not rushed.

Is Tour Evora and Alentejo with private guide worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 81 out of 100, which we label "Exceptional". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 128 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Lisbon, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Tour Evora and Alentejo with private guide?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Tour Evora and Alentejo with private guide suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 9-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Tour Evora and Alentejo with private guide?

    +

Around 45 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Lisbon can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Lisbon and add a light layer if any part of the 9-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Tour Evora and Alentejo with private guide start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Lisbon within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Lisbon?

    +

On Outty we rank every Lisbon experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Lisbon City Center Tour - The Unmissable Lisbon, Sintra Private Trip from Lisbon Customizable Dreamlike Experience, True 4Hour Private Tuk Tuk Tour: Discover Lisbon with a Local!. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Lisbon?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Lisbon?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
