A nice experience with a breathtaking view from above if one can walk.
Cervo is a very nice village. To find out, we took a walk that allowed us to climb above the capo, all above. The view is beautiful. A little effort but what landscapes; On the return visit of Cervo. Very typical.

Cunards DOWNWARD TREND in class and service
Just finished our 7th Cruise with Cunard and this time with the Queen Anne. UTTERLEY DISSAPOINTED with the service we got from the pursers and the voyagers office. To start with this ship lacked the grandeur of the other Cunard ships. The floor plan was messed up badly with the following points to note. 1) The Queens room is much smaller than the other ships. They could not host the guests on any day in that room for afternoon Tea and had to move us to the Britanua club. 2) The library seemed liked an after thought on the 12th floor in one squishy corner which quite often had no staff member there. 3) the Gym was tucked away in the bottom of the ship near the Theater with no atmosphere at all. 4) As for the casino it was nowhere as spacious as the other ships. Guests were using it as a main throroughfare to move up and down the ship. 5) Deck3 which used to be the walking or relaxing deck with deck chairs on the other ships had just small benches as all the tender boats were on that deck on both sides. 6) The quality of the food in the Britania Restaurant has dropped considerably. Most of the meat dishes were like chewing leather. I felt they were trying to push guests to the alternative restaurants where we had to pay to get a decent meal. Even the shows in the theater were sub standard on some nights. They were sort of pushing us to pay for caberet shows in anotehr venue on the ship. Now about the VOYAGERS OFFICE: The staff were unhelpful and did not seem happy with their jobs. They cancelled our shore excursions before the cruise and during the cruise with no explanation or alternative options. It was a couldnt care less attitude to their guests. When going on shore excursions on tender boats to shore we all have to take a STEP TEST to see if we can cross into the tender. I was horrified to see an elderley man who could barely walk and had to be assisted on and off the tender by 3 guest staff. On one of the excursions, the sea was really choppy and the staff chose to get him off first which took a long time whilst other guests were almost sick with the tender listing a lot. I complained to the tender staff and asked them how he got through the step test as he was really putting 90 guests lives at risk both ways in an emergency. I then went immediately to the pursers office to compalin and asked the Supervisor to contact me in my cabin. NOTHING HAPPENED. The ships admin staff just dont care enough. THE PURSERS OFFICE: Tucked away in another back corner of the ship. They constantly tell all the guests not to bring adaptors or extension cords. When you ask them on board for it. They either dont have it or make it look like its is all too hard and make you feel troublesome. Cunard send their guests a terribly long tedious survey (which they probably know noone will take the time to complete) which I have filled twice and asked for someone to call or respond to my greviances. It has fallen on deaf dont care less ears!! This time I thought I would put it out there to the general public and make everyone aware of the quick downward trend the Cunard cruises are taking of late. Hope this helps many cruise goers!! Date of experience: 01 June 2025
Response from the operator: We are not a cruise company! This is wrong.

THE GIFT THAT KEPT ON GIVING.
My daughter had her wedding on the beach and all the family members were staying at this property. There was a total of 8 rooms we rented out. Problem 1: The elevators did not work all the time and we were on the 6th floor my husband has a bad knee and it took some time for him to get up the stairs. #2: PARKING What a joke we were there over Memorial Day and people who were not staying there just came in and took peoples parking when my son went to talk to management they would not call the TOW TRUCK (like the signs says) and told them to find somewhere else to park!! #3 When we went to park there were Squatters in the parking area and having a barbeque so it made it hard for us to park.. #4 To get into the pool you didn't need a room key it was broken and who ever could go swim. # 5 If you eat in the Restaurant they will charge you 3 1/2 % to your bill if you use your card and added on quite the tip. #6 After I checked out I remember I had left my swimsuit in the dresser drawer, and I called them and the Lady at the front desk said she would look into this. My Son had stayed and he went down to talk with them also BUT WE GOT NO WHERE They never called me back she never wrote it down and my son was diligent in going in and talking to them!!! GOT NO WERE WITH THEM... # 7 OUR room was NOT READY until Way after check in!!!!

Why this scores 46
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Tour fantastic time with us and meet all the coners of this garden near the sea: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Lisbon.
How much does Tour fantastic time with us and meet all the coners of this garden near the sea cost?
+
Prices start at $343 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Lisbon usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Tour fantastic time with us and meet all the coners of this garden near the sea take?
+
Plan for about 8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Lisbon is not rushed.
Is Tour fantastic time with us and meet all the coners of this garden near the sea worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 46 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.9/5 across 12 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Lisbon, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Tour fantastic time with us and meet all the coners of this garden near the sea?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Tour fantastic time with us and meet all the coners of this garden near the sea suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 8-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Tour fantastic time with us and meet all the coners of this garden near the sea?
+
Around 4 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Lisbon can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Lisbon and add a light layer if any part of the 8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Tour fantastic time with us and meet all the coners of this garden near the sea start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Lisbon within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Lisbon?
+
On Outty we rank every Lisbon experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Lisbon City Center Tour - The Unmissable Lisbon, Sintra Private Trip from Lisbon Customizable Dreamlike Experience, True 4Hour Private Tuk Tuk Tour: Discover Lisbon with a Local!. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Lisbon?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Lisbon?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
