Susana Made Portugal Come Alive
We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Susana and cannot recommend her highly enough! Our group included older parents, my husband and me, and our 11 year old son, and Susana went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying the day. She was incredibly kind, patient, flexible, and genuinely cared about making the experience special for each of us. What impressed us most was her knowledge. We have traveled quite a bit, and I can honestly say that Susana is one of the most knowledgeable people we have ever met when it comes to the history and culture of Portugal. Every site came alive through her stories and explanations, and her passion for sharing her country’s history was truly inspiring. She also adapted the day to our family’s needs without hesitation. When our plans had to change unexpectedly, she was understanding, accommodating, and made sure everyone was taken care of. She even brought us to a wonderful local restaurant, which became one of the highlights of our trip. By the end of the day, Susana felt less like a tour guide and more like a friend. Her warmth, professionalism, and expertise made this one of our favorite experiences in Portugal. If you are considering a tour, ask for Susana. We are so grateful we had the opportunity to spend the day with her, and when we return to Portugal, she will be the first person we contact.
Response from the operator: Dear Christa, Thank you so much for your kind review. That's so good to have this wonderful feedback of our tours and our team. You can't imagine how grateful it is. It was a pleasure having your with. Hope we have the chance to have you back. Kind regards, Margarida

Really enjoyed this tour....
Really enjoyed this tour. The UNESCO sites have amazing architecture and history, yet are not overrun with large crowds. Nuno was our guide for the day. He took the time to find out our interests and stopped at a couple of other places that he thought would interest us.
Response from the operator: Dear Douglas, thank you so much for your time to write us this kind review. You can't imagine how important it is to us and our future guests. Thank you so much. Kind regards, Margarida

Why this scores 71
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Tomar, Alcobaça and Batalha - 3 Unesco Heritage Sites - Private: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Lisbon.
How much does Tomar, Alcobaça and Batalha - 3 Unesco Heritage Sites - Private cost?
+
Prices start at $125 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Lisbon usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Tomar, Alcobaça and Batalha - 3 Unesco Heritage Sites - Private take?
+
Plan for about 10 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Lisbon is not rushed.
Is Tomar, Alcobaça and Batalha - 3 Unesco Heritage Sites - Private worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 71 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 20 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Lisbon, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Tomar, Alcobaça and Batalha - 3 Unesco Heritage Sites - Private?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Tomar, Alcobaça and Batalha - 3 Unesco Heritage Sites - Private suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 10-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Tomar, Alcobaça and Batalha - 3 Unesco Heritage Sites - Private?
+
Around 7 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Lisbon can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Lisbon and add a light layer if any part of the 10-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Tomar, Alcobaça and Batalha - 3 Unesco Heritage Sites - Private start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Lisbon within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Lisbon?
+
On Outty we rank every Lisbon experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Lisbon City Center Tour - The Unmissable Lisbon, Sintra Private Trip from Lisbon Customizable Dreamlike Experience, True 4Hour Private Tuk Tuk Tour: Discover Lisbon with a Local!. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Lisbon?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Lisbon?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
