Magical adventure
I’ve done a couple of tours with Kenia and have loved every minute. If you’re into putting on a life jacket and sharing 5 mins in a cenote with 100s of other tourists then this tour isn’t for you, but if you want to see the true Mexico, one of unique biodiversity totally off the beaten track, you won’t be disappointed. Hidden amongst the chaos of the Riviera Maya is a world that simply isn’t accessible to the big tour operators and it is a timeless and beautiful one. Kenia takes you there and immerses you in it, with fantastic knowledge and infectious passion for the environment she loves and respects. As the title says; she takes you on a magical adventure. Plus Kenia is great to hang out with and her English is top notch. Highly, highly recommended.

Better experience
It was an incredible experience; we swam in the mangrove and saw the different birds in the area. Kenia was very nice and helpful; she guided us a lot. It is the most beautiful and private mangrove.

How many days do you need in Playa del Carmen?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
