The trip begins in the city of Cusco with the pick-up at your hotel at 6:00 a.m. approximately south-west. After almost two hours of travel, we will visit the four lagoons: the Pomacanchi lagoon, storage, asnaqocha and pampamarca or tungasuca. After enjoying a quiet moment near the lagoons, the next place we will visit is the small volcano of pavilions that are located near the town of Yanaoca. Finally, we will reach the Apurimac River and the impressive Inca bridge. This hanging Inca bridge is made of vegetable fiber (ichu) and is located on the Apurimac River in the district of Quehue. The existence of this bridge dates from the Inca period. The renovation and maintenance are carried out once a year by the local population of the four surrounding communities. Before starting with the renovation of the bridge, an offering is offered as a sign of respect and gratitude to the Pachamama. We will have the opportunity to cross the Inca bridge. But be careful, it seems easy, but it takes courage. You will undoubtedly feel a great emotion when crossing this bridge. On the way back to Cusco we will visit the archaeological remains of Rumiqolqa. The buildings probably

Amazing less touristic day trip around Cusco
We went with our guide Liz from Cusco to the Inka bridge. When booking we were a bit hesitant, because the drive was far. But wauw, what a beautiful day trip it was. The views were amazing and because we were only with our family, we could take time to enjoy the scenery. Liz made us feel very at home and took her time explaining. Crossing the bridge was an adventure and learning how it was made was very fun and educational. We could even try it ourselves. It’s harder than it looks! The lagunes were beautiful to witness. You drive past a few with this tour and you have time to take some pictures while stopping on the side of the road. If you are looking for a less touristic trip around Cusco, this is definitely a good choice. It shows you all the beautiful landscapes. The tour was fully in English and very easy to follow.
Response from the operator: Dear, thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience with Tayra Tours Cusco. We are also happy to know that everything was to your liking. Every day, we strive to provide better service. We hope to see you again soon in Cusco, Peru

Why this scores 51
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
The last inka bridge Qeswachaka -Private: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cusco.
How much does The last inka bridge Qeswachaka -Private cost?
+
Prices start at $450 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cusco usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does The last inka bridge Qeswachaka -Private take?
+
Plan for about 12 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cusco is not rushed.
Is The last inka bridge Qeswachaka -Private worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 51 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 2 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Cusco, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule The last inka bridge Qeswachaka -Private?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is The last inka bridge Qeswachaka -Private suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 12-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book The last inka bridge Qeswachaka -Private?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cusco can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cusco and add a light layer if any part of the 12-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does The last inka bridge Qeswachaka -Private start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cusco within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Cusco?
+
On Outty we rank every Cusco experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Sacred Valley Full Day Tour, Full-Day Humantay Lake Trek (Meals Included), Cusco: Rainbow Mountain & Red Valley Premium Day Trip with Meals. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Cusco?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Cusco?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
What is included in The last inka bridge Qeswachaka -Private?
+
