In Delft, you step into the Dutch Golden Age: canals, churches, pottery and the stories of Vermeer, Antony van Leeuwenhoek, and the city's remarkable history. You can do the tour in either direction. You will start this tour in the middle of Plein in The Hague, right in the city center. There you will learn about the Father of the Fatherland, Willem van Oranje, and his role in the 80 years war: the Dutch revolt.

Surprising and educational city tour

A Great Day
We had a wonderful tour! Our guide was a young man from Italy who was studying international relations in The Hague, which was an interesting perspective. He went out of his way to show us exactly what we wanted to see. We took the tram from The Hague to Delft, and Delft was really worth seeing. Overall a great day.
