Savoca
After being welcomed by our Guide in your hotel we will head in the direction of Savoca crossing two small villages Sant Alessio and Santa Teresa, we will reach Savoca. This very small town full of treasures will offer and welcome us the Vitelli bar where several scenes of FF Coppola's The Godfather were filmed, the bar is submerged with photos that speak of the film, after we will head towards the church of Santa Lucia to visit where the wedding between Appolonia and Michael Corleone took place... We will still see, we will visit the Capuchin crypt which houses several mummies in a small catacomb.

Forza d'Agro
Moving on from Savoca, we reach Forza d'Agro, a town also featured in the film The Godfather; it features prominently in all three films. The town will welcome us with its recent history, linked to The Godfather itself. We'll also have the opportunity to revisit all the scenes filmed in Forza d'Agro. Dinner is available (NOT included in the price). If everyone wants, we can stay for lunch!

Amazing Tour. Great views! Well worth it!
What a fantastic trip in a beautiful setting! Marcello was a fantastic tour guide. We learnt a lot about Sicilian culture and the day was filled with lots of laughs! Highly recommend this tour if you’re big fan of the movies! Takes you to lots of great spots you will recognise! These villages are beautiful. Get ready for some amazing views!

Expectations exceeded
As soon as I saw that this tour existed, I knew I had to do it. Been a Godfather fan for decades and, as I'm unlikely to be in Sicily again, it was a no-brainer. Our hotel wasn't on the pick-up list, but Marcello arranged for Antonio to collect us there anyway. The journey took us through utterly stunning countryside, with the most amazing views. Marcello met us in Savoca, gave some information and we proceeded to Bar Vitelli. It was necessary to purchase something in order to enter, so we got some coffees. Lots of photos/memorabilia to look at and plenty of tales, explanations and info from Marcello all through the tour. He really is something, made the experience special and unforgettable. The church where Michael and Apollonia got married was the next stop, followed by an even more beautiful church high up among even more breathtaking vistas over to Calabria. The tour exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend booking it. You won't be disappointed. Thank you, Marcello!

I went with my two...
I went with my two daughters 26 and 23, one who only just watch some of the first film, and the other who never seen any. It was mainly to keep me company. They both really enjoyed it, and it was the highlight of my holiday. Marcelo was an excellent guide, and very knowledgeable .

Avoid this tour
The tour was quite disappointing overall. Most of it consisted of the guide speaking to the group, but his English was so poor that it was extremely difficult to understand him. As a native English speaker, I deeply struggled to follow much of what he was saying, which made the tour far less informative and enjoyable than expected. The most disturbing part of the tour was the guide’s treatment of a Ukrainian woman in our group. After learning that she was Ukrainian, he asked whether she spoke Russian. She said no. Later, he deliberately spoke Russian in front of everyone, turned to her and said, “I know you understand.” It felt like targeted harassment and deliberate provocation based on her nationality. Given Russia’s war against Ukraine, this was particularly offensive and deeply inappropriate. This was unfortunately consistent with his behaviour throughout the day. He was extremely rude and passive-aggressive, frequently raised his voice at people, made harassing comments, gave people belittling nicknames and repeatedly tried to embarrass members of the group. Overall, his conduct was hostile, disrespectful and completely unprofessional.

Si capisce che tutto falso dal fatto che lo stesso giorno, vi invito a vedere, abbiamo ricevuto Solo 5 stelle con elogi da parte di tutti i partecipanti !!!!... Ancora posso capire che il tour non sia piaciuto o non sia piaciuto lo stille, ma scrivere cose non veritiere Mii fa' sinceramente stare triste! Menomale che di queste "brave persone" se ne incontrano sempre meno! La preghiamo si essere estremamente sincero!i Buona serata!
