Will never use this tour company again.
This tour operator has some shady employees ( Christian ) in particular is a shady employee of this company as he tried to get more money from us even after we prepaid in advance for this tour, half way to the tour he asked the driver to stop and asked us for more money or he would drop us off at the gas station where he was parked, after we showed him our vouchers and receipts for the prepaid tour he kept asking us for more money then other passengers in the van were very concerned about his behavior and started arguing with him then Christian told the driver to continue with the tour as if nothing had happened, all in all this was a horrible experience for us. Christian is a very rude individual.

Sayuri was an amazing guide. Her expertise and knowledge of the historical areas, along with the trees, caves and everything else really made our visit to Tulum amazing. This was not our first trip, but definitely the best! Thank you so much for being on time, and sharing your information with us!

Did not get what we paid for. Below is what was supposed to be included, what was not included is in capitol letters next to it. Would not recommend. Also attempted to contact operator via email, text and phone for 2 days and never reveived a response. They Ghosted us After we Prepaid — BEWARE!
We booked and prepaid for this excursion. ($258 for two of us) I also booked two excursions from other companies during our vacation. Both of those companies contacted me personally, right away with further details about our excursion, things to pack, what to expect, meeting points, hotel pick up details, etc. Upon booking this tour, they never reached out to me. I made multiple attempts to contact the tour company in the days before the scheduled excursion to iron out details, with the contact info they provided via phone call, text message, and trip advisor messaging. We never heard anything back. Our pick up window (11:30a-1:30p) came and went and we never heard anything from the excursion company. I read good reviews, but the fact we paid and then were ignored is unforgivable. Horrible business, and now I have to go through the refund process since we prepaid. Book with them at your own risk.
