- When the shared ATV option is selected, participants ride two guests per ATV. If the number of travelers in the booking is uneven and one guest is left without a riding partner, that person must use a single ATV. The individual ATV upgrade will be charged directly at check-in.
- The meal included in this experience consists of one Mexican dish chosen from the à la carte options available on the day of the tour. This meal is part of the regular service and cannot be modified for dietary needs, allergies, food restrictions, or personal preferences.
- Pets and companion animals are not allowed on this tour. For safety and operational reasons, guests may not bring animals on the transportation or into any part of the experience.
- To help preserve the cenote’s natural water, guests who plan to swim must avoid entering with body products such as sunscreen, insect repellent, creams, lotions, oils, or similar substances.
- Travelers should not bring luggage on this excursion. Only small personal belongings, compact bags, or small backpacks are permitted. The transportation units are used for passenger movement throughout the operation and may continue serving the route during the day. For this reason, they cannot be used to store, guard, or monitor suitcases, large bags, or extra belongings.
- Each ATV may carry no more than 2 travelers.
- Guests who wish to drive an ATV must be at least 16 years old and must present a valid permit or driver’s license.
- For safety reasons, weight limits apply to certain activities. The maximum permitted weight is 110 kg for the zipline circuit and 120 kg for horseback riding.

Very fun!
The pickup was very smooth and worry free. When we arrived, we rode ATVs which was a little underwhelming but still fun. They have you ride in a straight line, granted relatively fast, on a bumpy road (which adds to the experience). We then rode a series of zip lines culminating in a 600ish yard one over the jungle. Our second to last event was a gorgeous cenote, definitely our favorite part of the trip. The water was crystal clear, a little cold, and Christian gave us an excellent history lesson. We then had lunch which was rice, beans, pork, and chips. A couple of people in the group were vegetarian and were able to have broccoli instead of the pork. Of note: there is an 600 peso entry fee per person but that’s marked very clearly in the booking. Overall, my girlfriend and I would definitely do it again.

Jungle adventure done right.
We had an amazing day in Tulum’s jungle! The mix of activities kept things exciting—ziplines were fast and fun, the ATV ride was a bit muddy (in a good way), and the cenote swim was the perfect refresh. Guides were friendly and safety-focused throughout. It felt well-organized without being rushed. Definitely worth it if you want some adventure beyond the beach.

Surprisingly good experience!!
It was a really good experience much better than I thought it would be! The tour guide was amazing and so were the people on the transport bus…we opted for an English tour guide but English wasn’t the greatest nevertheless he was amazing..there is a lot of walking and the walk up to the zip line is ALOT so please be prepared. Food was okay but wish there was more options as it was just one set meal so I didn’t eat! Don’t for eh to bring a bandana, sunglasses, swim shoes, a towel and snack/drink as you’ll need and is quite expensive on site as expected
