It was not the trip we booked. No one was able to help us. Would never do it again. It was a hot mess.

Great guide and his willingness to accommodate all.

DO NOT BOOK - Marriot remove from recommended tours
We travel extensively and appreciate service, but this is not a quality tour. DO NOT BOOK! Much cheaper tours and better quality options available. Better off taking a taxi and going directly to the dock to get a boat tour if you want to see the Arch, as this was pretty much the extent of what the tour included. This is NOT a typical tour! We were scheduled to be picked up by Esperanza van at 10 am for 11 am tour, and no one arrived. After waiting for 45 minutes we had to contact the tour company and they made the excuse that it was a mechanical issue and they would come at 12pm. They said we couldn’t return until 5pm, so we had to change all of our other reservations. We had to pick up another couple and waited in the van for 40 minutes… unsure why the long wait and then we went directly to the boat. Boat is not as advertised with a ”Glass bottom” but just a couple of tiny/dirty window areas that you can’t see fish from. Boat tour is 45 minutes and you have to pay $1 USD per person to get onto the boat. After that, we went to one gift shop for 20 min and then had less than an hour for shopping since our driver was leaving at 3pm. Tequila tasting was at an overpriced souvenir store ($7 Pringles and $50+ for tequila). We luckily stumbled upon a bar nextdoor called “Happy Ending” and the exchange rate/service was awesome. No frills bar with dollars on the ceiling but great character and made us smile at the end of our tour. We were told we could go to the beach, which never happened either. All in all, would not recommend. Rather than give us a partial refund for the mistake they tried to make up with a cheap bottle of tequila rather than own up to their mistake. Marriott - please remove this tour company from your recommended tours, as this makes me question how you select your partners.
Response from the operator: Dear Pioneer304639, We deeply regret that the tour did not meet your expectations. Regarding the problem with the transportation, we tried our best to find an alternative as soon as possible, but this kind of things are mostly out of our control. For the rest of your feedback, we will considerate it for future improvement. Best regards Mariana, Amigo tours

Why this scores 57
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
The Arch of Los Cabos Glass-Bottom Boat Tour: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Los Cabos.
How much does The Arch of Los Cabos Glass-Bottom Boat Tour cost?
+
Prices start at $73 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Los Cabos usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does The Arch of Los Cabos Glass-Bottom Boat Tour take?
+
Plan for about 6 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Los Cabos is not rushed.
Is The Arch of Los Cabos Glass-Bottom Boat Tour worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 57 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.9/5 across 8 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Los Cabos, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule The Arch of Los Cabos Glass-Bottom Boat Tour?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is The Arch of Los Cabos Glass-Bottom Boat Tour suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 6-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book The Arch of Los Cabos Glass-Bottom Boat Tour?
+
Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Los Cabos can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Los Cabos and add a light layer if any part of the 6-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does The Arch of Los Cabos Glass-Bottom Boat Tour start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Los Cabos within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Los Cabos?
+
On Outty we rank every Los Cabos experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Cabo 4x4 ATV Tour with Tequila Tasting and Mexican Buffet Lunch, Ziplining and UTV Desert Adventure from Los Cabos, Cabo Beach Camel Ride, Mexican Buffet and Tequila Tasting. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Los Cabos?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Los Cabos?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
