Booking the trip
We haven’t actually gone on our trip yet but the 2 ladies Sue and Hannah who dealt with us were absolutely amazing. They were so patient waiting for our group to decide, gave us all the information we needed and made the booking process very easy! Thank you guys for all your help can’t recommend enough and can’t wait for the trip.

Before we flew to Tenerife, we booked tickets for Siam Night and Loro Parque separately through Tenerife First Excursions. One of their online team members contacted us to let us know that we could get the tickets cheaper by booking the twin ticket instead. They proactively arranged this for us and refunded us the difference without us even having to ask. We were really impressed by their honesty and excellent customer service. While we were in Tenerife, we saw advertisements for the 3-hour Sunset Buggy Tour, so we popped into one of their shops and spoke with Trev. From the moment we walked in, Trev was fantastic. He made us both feel completely at ease, explained all the different tour options and prices clearly, and answered all of our questions without any pressure. He was able to book us onto the Sunset Buggy Tour straight away for a few days later, and nothing was too much trouble. His friendly, professional attitude made the whole booking process effortless. The customer service we received from Tenerife First Excursions, both before and during our holiday, was outstanding. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone visiting Tenerife and will definitely use them again on our next trip.

Easy and professional!
Really easy to book with Tenerife first excursions, website is easy to use and if you’re lucky you can get a discount code to use (make sure to check their TikTok page!) They’ll forward you to one of the many businesses that offer the service you’re looking for, and it’s so easy all you need to do is look forward to your trip! I’ll only book through these guys going forward, thanks for making our holiday easier and so much better!

The Highlight of Our Holiday!
Honestly, one of the coolest experiences ever! The guides, Ricardo and Marc, were faultless – both incredibly friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. They even went as far as returning to our hotel when we accidentally left a phone in the minibus. The experience is definitely worth the money. Although the quad bike tour itself lasts around 3 hours, the hotel transfers are included and make the whole experience even longer. We were picked up at around 5:15pm and returned to our hotel at around 11:15pm. The views throughout the trip were absolutely breathtaking, especially as the sun began to set. The scenery and mountain roads made the whole experience unforgettable and provided some amazing photo opportunities. The group size was ideal, with just six quads, which meant everyone received plenty of attention and had an equal opportunity to have photos taken by the guides. It was genuinely a faultless and fantastic experience from start to finish, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tenerife.

Best trip ever
We had Marco and Ianis and the two of them were great fun, they made the experience enjoyable and just were able to have a good laugh. The views from the top were absolutely stunning and would highly recommend this trip to anyone!!
