I had a great time! A very Nice Guy!

Great experience
The tour guides were very friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate so it rained the entire day...we had to end our tour a little early but they were very accommodating to our needs.

A Great Scenic Ride
What a perfect overview of Sydney! The route was very well planned and Joe was a great host. Seeing all the big sights and background info in a short time was great to orient ourselves with the city and make plans for the rest of our trip. Highly recommend!

Eora - from this place.
A beautiful and informative 1/2 day tour of the city. Packed full of history and proselytising with your guide Tony, if you’re lucky - and he’s not treading the boards of The Opera House. Lots of deeply respectful historical bon mottery from First Nation history through the arrival of Captain Cook right up to the architecture of today. Thoroughly entertaining plus you keep fit at the same time.

A bike tour is the BEST way to see a new city if you only have a few days there
I have learned that a bike tour is the BEST way to see a new city if you only have a few days there. We booked the 4 hour tour for our party of 9 (including 5 children ages 8-12) on the first full day we had in Sydney. This allows you to see areas of town you would like to return to and explore. There were some definite hilly parts but also plenty of flat and downhill. I have to admit that I wished I had booked one of their e-bikes for the extra $40 but ultimately was proud of myself for getting the exercise on the regular bike. Plus, on a bike tour, you make several (rest) stops where the guide gives you fun facts about the landmarks around you. We all did great and were proud of the kids especially my 10 year old daughter who has only just recently learned to ride a bike. Anyway huge shout out to PAUL who was our guide and did an excellent job letting us know what to expect, keeping us safe, and giving us our history lesson. It can't be easy to bike and do all of that talking to a big group (our group had 16 people total). Thanks Paul! Do yourself a favor and book a harbourview room at the Nearby Sebel Quay just a short walk away in The Rocks. This is very convenient to the bike tour. Your view from this hotel will have sweeping views of the Harbour Bridge and Opera House that will leave you speechless. These two bookings alone will make your stay in Sydney!

Why this scores 84
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Sydney Bike Tours: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Sydney.
How much does Sydney Bike Tours cost?
+
Prices start at $87 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Sydney usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Sydney Bike Tours take?
+
Plan for about 2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Sydney is not rushed.
Is Sydney Bike Tours worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 84 out of 100, which we label "Exceptional". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.8/5 across 1,166 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Sydney, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Sydney Bike Tours?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Sydney Bike Tours suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Sydney Bike Tours?
+
Around 408 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Sydney can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Sydney and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Sydney Bike Tours start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Sydney within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Sydney?
+
On Outty we rank every Sydney experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include WILD Wombat and Kangaroo Day Tour, All Inclusive, Depart Syd: Blue Mountains Best All Inclusive with Local Guide, Blue Mountain Small Group Tour All Inclusive. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Sydney?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Sydney?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
