Hurt by weather
Weather was poor which was not their fault. Staff at club and snorkeling was friendly and helpful. Food was good. Jeep tour was hurt by weather so not a lot to see along the way. Tequila and chocolate tastings seem like a money grab.

THEY MADE SURE TO MAKE A PAYDAY OUT OF US!
Buyer beware food and chocolate tasting is not included, on the signs it says insurance is included it is not, if you get into a fender bender they will ask for cash I did back into another jeep but it was a very tight spot at the tequila tasting also the cars are not well maintained the traction light, the ABS light, the check engine light where all on and the brakes where almost gone like brake to floor barely stopped it, the beach front restaurant they go to is not spectacular, they charged us 143$ usd for basic tacos for 3 Adults 2 kids the food was supposed to be included it says it on the description on here! we where first time cruisers but we had to let them scam us to learn for next time but at least it helps you guys! only book through your cruise line to prevent this from happening! Happy sailing yall!!

They made the whole experience effortless. Karolina was the best guide ever and was completely flexible of the excursion. I can’t recommend this highly enough.

Great Cruise day in Cozumel
We had never been to Cozumel before but one day there on a cruise. We were picked up just inside the port where the instructions said. Our guide for the day was Pedro. He started off by asking us what we wanted out of the day and took the time to give us options and help us design a great day. We had wanted to snorkel so that was first. We got on a smaller boat with a small group with Carlos at the helm and Omar in the water helping a few that needed it. My wife have snorkeled several times and they just kept us close but let us go on our own a little more which we loved. When the boat tour was over they took us back to Tortugas beach club which was very comfortable and we were able to snorkel by the shore in their little area. This wasn’t the greatest area but we actually saw some really cool fish there! We got lunch which were fajitas, very good, on the restaurant looking over the beach. Tortugas has a bunch of other things like Massages and a bar and photo ops that cost. Then we got in the jeep and Pedro drove us around the island and told us about Cozumel and the people and the island. We stopped a few times and he was really pleasant and kind and engaging without being overbearing. Great first time Cozumel for us!

Why this scores 60
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Super Cozumel Combo Snorkel by Boat and Jeep Exploration (Private): questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cozumel.
How much does Super Cozumel Combo Snorkel by Boat and Jeep Exploration (Private) cost?
+
Prices start at $100 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cozumel usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Super Cozumel Combo Snorkel by Boat and Jeep Exploration (Private) take?
+
Plan for about 5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cozumel is not rushed.
Is Super Cozumel Combo Snorkel by Boat and Jeep Exploration (Private) worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 60 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.4/5 across 36 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Cozumel, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Super Cozumel Combo Snorkel by Boat and Jeep Exploration (Private)?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Super Cozumel Combo Snorkel by Boat and Jeep Exploration (Private) suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Super Cozumel Combo Snorkel by Boat and Jeep Exploration (Private)?
+
Around 13 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cozumel can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cozumel and add a light layer if any part of the 5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Super Cozumel Combo Snorkel by Boat and Jeep Exploration (Private) start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cozumel within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Cozumel?
+
On Outty we rank every Cozumel experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Jade Caverns and Mayan Village Cozumel ATV TOUR, Buggy, Beach & Snorkel Blast, ATV 4×4+Cenote+Snorkeling+Beach Club+ Lunch+Sabores de Cozumel. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Cozumel?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Cozumel?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
