Best way to spend sunrise

It was absolutely amazing, Quisha is a lovely woman and an amazing instructor. Have you phone ready to

Response from the operator: Thanks so super much, Thais! It was such a pleasure to practice with you and the other ladies. The warmth of your loving-kind spirit, as much as that of the sun, was felt by all and greatly appreciated. Keep rising!

A truly magical sunrise experience

I can't recommend this experience highly enough. From the moment we arrived on Sanur Beach, there was such a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. Watching the sun rise over the ocean while practising yoga was absolutely magical, and the entire session left me feeling calm, grounded and deeply grateful. Quisha was an exceptional guide. Her warmth, kindness and gentle encouragement made everyone feel comfortable, regardless of their yoga experience. I especially loved the combination of yoga, meditation, intention setting and the beautiful postcard activity, where we wrote a message to our future selves. It was such a thoughtful and meaningful touch that made this experience so much more than just a yoga class. What made the morning even more special was learning that this was Quisha's final sunrise session on Sanur Beach. I feel incredibly honoured to have been part of such a memorable occasion. Thank you, Quisha, for sharing your passion and creating such a beautiful experience. It will remain one of the highlights of our time in Bali, and a memory I'll treasure for years to come.

Response from the operator: Thank you with all my heart, Kelly! Thank you for showing up as such a sunny presence and contributing your radiant energy to the practice. It was such an honor to practice yoga with you and share in the magic of that moment. Keep shining Kelly!

Sanur Sunrise

Quisha was amazing. She thoughtfully guided us novices through a wonderful sunrise yoga experience. It was a meaningful way to start our trip in Bali. Highly reccomend.

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your kind words and for trusting me with such a special moment, as every second of your holiday should feel good. It was so lovely sharing a spectacular Bali sunrise with you both, and I’m so happy it became such a meaningful start to your trip. Wishing you many more beautiful adventures ahead!

A blissful sunrise with bespoke yoga, meditation and reflection activities

An utterly blissful experience! From the welcome message upon booking, to the follow-up post-event, this was a fully grounding and beautiful time with Quisha - one that will be memorable for many many years. So glad we decided to book! Quisha first asked us about our interests and practices in yoga, before crafting a specific practice, bespoke around our needs. Her energy was calm and peaceful and we felt in safe hands. The session itself was amazing, with a beautiful view of the sunrise to flow through a practice together. The meditation and reflection elements were unique, bespoke and created an amazing concept to carry on the experience long after we return home. The space we were in was part of a public beach, however the way the mats, props and flowers were set out, no-one bothered us and we felt like Quisha had crafted this little space of Bali, just for us to soak up it's magic. As a couple with a mix of 20+ years experience of practice, with a preference for Yin and more spiritual styles with yoga teacher training qualifications, as well as a 10+ years more asana-focused flow style preference, this session worked great for both of us. I would highly recommend getting up at this SUPER early hour in the morning (that was the only struggle for us here, we are not usually up this early!), oh but it was SO worth it! Book it! A magical time we will never forget, and so glad we did this! We would book again if we return!

Response from the operator: Sweet Liz, WOW! Reading this made my heart burst into the biggest smile. THANK YOU for sharing your experience so thoughtfully. It meant so much to hold that space with and for you both, and create something that honored your individual journeys while bringing you together in one practice. I’m so glad the experience will stay with you beyond the mat—that’s always my deepest intention. Wishing you both many more peaceful, connected moments wherever you are in the world, and I would love to welcome you back for another sunrise someday. Thank you!!!!

A unique and unforgettable yoga and Bali experience!

The Promise Yoga class at sunrise on Sanur beach was the perfect way to start off my trip to Bali! Quisha was a warm, experienced, inclusive and thoughtful yoga instructor, who constructed the whole experience with such creativity and beautiful attention to detail that it really takes this class to the next level. I was travelling solo, but she was happy to run the class just for me and took as much trouble as if I was in a group, which I really appreciated 🙏🏽 Starting from the set up on the beach when I arrived at dawn, which she had beautifully decorated with marigolds, incense and umbrellas in a traditional Balinese style. And the choice of poses - suitable for a good sunrise stretch, but also accessible to all bodies including my 60 year old, out-of-practice one! There was also a lovely meditation and chanting of a beautiful Sanskrit mantra that I would hear again as I was travelling around Bali. And an exercise of setting an intention for your future self, and writing it on a postcard which is mailed to you to receive on your return home, as a gentle reminder both of your time in Bali and your promise to yourself 🥹 All to the backdrop of the sun rising over the ocean and the sounds of waves and the city slowly waking, which was magical! Quisha documents the whole session so you can even get photos plus a video afterwards. She is also easy to communicate with via WhatsApp if necessary, super friendly, open and interesting to talk to in person. I can’t recommend this experience highly enough as something really special and worth doing in Sanur.

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for this beautiful reflection, Tara! It truly means the world to hear how much the experience resonated with you. Holding space for moments like these is such a joy, and I’m so glad the morning felt meaningful from start to finish. Wishing you continued peace, warmth, and gentle sunrises wherever your travels take you!

Sunrise Yoga and Meditation Practice On Sanur Beach: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Kuta.

How much does Sunrise Yoga and Meditation Practice On Sanur Beach cost?

+

Prices start at $25 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Kuta usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Sunrise Yoga and Meditation Practice On Sanur Beach take?

+

Plan for about 1 hour from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Kuta is not rushed.

Is Sunrise Yoga and Meditation Practice On Sanur Beach worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 61 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 15 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Kuta, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Sunrise Yoga and Meditation Practice On Sanur Beach?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Sunrise Yoga and Meditation Practice On Sanur Beach suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 18. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 1-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book Sunrise Yoga and Meditation Practice On Sanur Beach?

+

Around 5 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Kuta can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Kuta and add a light layer if any part of the 1-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Sunrise Yoga and Meditation Practice On Sanur Beach start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Kuta within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Kuta?

+

On Outty we rank every Kuta experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include East Bali Tour: Gate of Heaven, Water Palace, Sleeping Gajah, Ubud Day Tour: Sacred Monkey Forest, Tegenungan Waterfall, Rice Terrace, Bali 5 Days and 4 Nights Private Tour - Best and Famous Site. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Kuta?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Kuta?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
