Effort and benefit did not fit
I have to be honest.. I had booked a tour to 7 and was informed the night before that the tourgide is happy and we meet at 8:45... as no one came forward on my email thought it was a copy pace error and was then there two hours earlier.. the outbound journey took 5 hours and the return journey about 4 hours. The guide can of course not help and has also apologized constantly-again I would not do it.

Tour guide was great.
I received a last minute cancellation notice with the option to receive a full refund or to rebook. I rebooked but did not receive a revised itinerary until late afternoon of the day before we were supposed go and only after two emails were sent, without a response. Our departure bus was late and contrary to what the site advertised, the only drop-off point was Taipei’s main MRT station. The actual tour was good and Jeannie our guide deserved five stars for her friendliness and patience in dealing with some people who did not understand the meaning of being on-time.
