Scam, not a true service and no message response
Absolutely no service, the meet up point given was beyond security check point. No one was present to help, and when I reached out to get some help by messaging no one responded. This group should be banned from providing any services

Communication was extremely poor throughout the experience. We received no information regarding the meeting point and no response to our attempts to reach out for clarification. We ultimately had to rely on Viator to contact the provider and relay information back to us. This lack of communication and professionalism was disappointing and created unnecessary frustration. Given the number of alternatives available, I would recommend considering other providers who prioritize clear communication and customer service.
