Staff did not show up on meeting point at all
We were waiting for our guide for almost an hour and noone showed up. We did not get any information about cancelation. Guides from other companies at the meeting point told us that "not showing up" is common practice for Loving Rome staff.

Easy to find and clear directions
An audio guide is free with a QR code scan at the Parthenon so it may be better than having to take back the device they give you.

Disastrous
Never book this tour through them. We waited at their counter for two hours near the Baslica and nobody turned up. Lots of customers were there facing the same problem. Later we contacted them and they sent a ticket through WhatsApp. But too much people were not able to contact them as they were not picking up phone.
