Sri Lankan Personal Drivers with Car
My 9-year-old son and I had an 8-day vacation to Sri Lanka from Aug. 3 - 10, 2026. I had to budget very carefully for this trip, so the first way that Sri Lankan personal drivers stood out to me amongst the many other driver companies I researched was the price. This company provides a premium service at the most competitive prices. Next, our driver was Afzal. Lovely man. Friendly, knowledgeable, patient, kind, and eager to help. My son and I spent 5 days with Afzal, and he always knew exactly where to go, made himself available at all hours of the day, he was consistently responsive to texts and messages, and waited patiently for my son and I when we went to experiences. He continually refused my offers to buy him lunch here and there but when pressed, he would accept my offers to purchase him a coffee. This man is 100% pro and made our experience seamless in a new country. His patience, knowledge, and amiability are truly appreciated and contributed greatly to the comfortable and stress-free trip that I had with my son. The company, "Sri Lankan Personal Drivers" itself has customer satisfaction at the center of what they do. Not only were they immediately responsive to all of my queries and more competitive than all the others I researched price-wise, they were amazingly accommodating. To be honest, there was a fee that I agreed to in WhatsApp messages that I didn't read carefully enough. It was my mistake and it was a totally reasonable term. When I expressed that I was unhappy with myself that I missed it, the company immediately revised the terms to make me happy. It wasn't a large fee and it wasn't an unreasonable fee on their part, but to make me happy, they waved much of it. I was so impressed with that. Because it was my own fault, I just took what I would have paid and added it to Afzal's tip. All in all, Afzal and SLPD's were exactly what I needed. It was just my son and I in a new country, and having Afzal take good care of us made our trip in a new country feel smooth and safe. The company itself, as stated, is customer-centered. When I return to Sri Lanka, I will immediately contact SLPD's for this service. Thank you, SLPD's.

Trip to Srilanka
I got in touch with Zack from Sazy Lanka Tours. I made a random search online and found his contact for private taxi service. It was a great find. Sazy Lanka Tours was found to be fully reliable, safe & trustworthy. Zack never asked for any advance money and did my bookings on trust. We were a family of 5 travelling from New Delhi, India to Srilanka. Initally I just booked their taxi service but Zack offered me great deals for the hotels with free upgrade which worked very well for us. We landed in Colombo at 4 am and found our driver 'Ramsy' waiting for us in Toyota Hiatus. I must appreciate the driver for the cleanliness of the car, punctuality & sheer humbleness in his attitude. He drove us straight to Yala. Our driver Ramsy was with us throughout our trip. He was well versed in English and had good knowledge about the local sightings. He was ready to take us to the places of our choices without any hesitation. I must mention that we forgot to get our currency exchanged and Zack & Ramsy were there to help us at each step. Without a second thought & with full trust, they gave us some cash. We went to Bentota & then back to Colombo. It was a memorable trip and I'm really glad I contacted SAZY tours. Our driver Ramsy was polite, courteous and very helpful. We was available at all times to guide us through our journey. Zack was always in touch and approachable to suggest & cater to our questions with genuine recommendations. Memorable Sri Lanka Journey – Highly Recommended!
We had a wonderful experience with Sazy Lanka Tours during our 7 nights and 8 days trip across Sri Lanka. Our journey started from Colombo, continued to Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, Bentota, and back to Colombo—and everything was seamlessly arranged. A special mention to our driver, Shan, who truly made the trip memorable. He was extremely courteous, flexible, and always accommodating to our needs. His local knowledge was impressive, and he guided us thoughtfully throughout the journey, even taking us to a few hidden attractions that we wouldn’t have discovered on our own.
