Very bad service, poor treatment, the stipulated time in Ston was not met and the suitcases did not fit, when they were told.
Very bad service, poor treatment, the stipulated time in Ston was not met and the suitcases did not fit, when they were told.
Response from the operator: Dear Ana, thank you for your feedback. We reviewed the entire trip with the driver and also checked the WhatsApp communication from the day of the service. We would like to clarify a few important facts. The booking included a 2-hour sightseeing stop in Ston. At 3:29 PM, the driver contacted the passengers to ask whether they were ready to continue. They replied that they still wanted to have coffee and dessert and asked whether there was time for that. The driver then explained that the agreed two hours had already passed. We have this communication available. For this reason, the statement that the agreed time in Ston was not respected does not correspond with the documented course of the trip. Regarding the luggage, our product clearly states before booking that a sedan for 1–3 passengers can accommodate up to 3 suitcases plus cabin luggage. It also explains that passengers who require a larger vehicle should select the corresponding larger vehicle category when booking. In this case, 3 passengers travelled with 4 very large suitcases, which exceeded the stated luggage capacity of the booked sedan. Nevertheless, the driver still managed to accommodate all the luggage and complete the transfer. Choosing the correct vehicle category according to the amount and size of luggage is the responsibility of the passenger when making the booking. We also reviewed the comments regarding the driver’s attitude. Based on the communication available to us, we did not find anything indicating inappropriate behaviour. The driver remained in contact with the passengers, waited for them, and completed the service as booked. We always take criticism seriously, but in this case several statements in the review do not match either the booking conditions or the documented course of the service. Thank you, Jan

A pleasant journey, comfortable van, good roads etc, but the best part really was meeting and spending time with our guide, Josko, a lovely man!
Response from the operator: Hi, Chris! We appreciate your comments. It's great to know what a good time you had with Josko and our service. It will be our pleasure to assist you again with any transfer in Europe.

Great way to get from Split to Dubrovnik - in comfort and with sightseeing!
Loved our service from Split to Dubrovnik. We stopped at Fort Klis and Makarska for two separate one-hour stops. Recommend both! Our driver was polite and kind--he didn't mind pulling over at a rest stop for an emergency bathroom break! Highly recommend this transfer!
Response from the operator: Hello, Giselle. It's so nice to know that your transfer was as you expected it to be. In Europe Journey we always look to provide the best possible service with friendly and polite drivers. We would love to assist you in future trips in Mexico and Erupe. Thank you very much.

Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. How many days do you need in Split?
+
