When I booked i told you...
When I booked i told you sky princess .I did not know terminal driver went to wrong terminal late 40 min for pick up. Driver very nice and apologetic he told me he just received this booking at 1 am last minute .I booked a couple months in advance not acceptable

Although the ship name, "Sky Princess", was provided, the specific terminal was not. Our driver arrived at the scheduled pickup time and contacted you, at which point we were informed that you were at a different terminal. We immediately directed the driver to your location. As you can appreciate, travelling from one cruise terminal to another takes some time. Despite this, our driver arrived and completed the pickup "approximately 10 minutes after the scheduled pickup time". We apologise for the inconvenience, but the delay was due to the change in terminal location rather than the driver arriving late for the original pickup. We appreciate your understanding.

No show - Left us standing there
What an absolute cluster. They do not run their own vehicles. We were involved in a blame game between the scheduler and the actual driver. If you have any other option- avoid this company at all costs. We eventually got our car but by the time we waited , they argued, etc the traffic had gotten so bad in London that we almost missed our train. Really a disaster and they were not willing to make it right.

Easy and convenient but overpriced
Car service was on time, the driver was very nice and very easy for us to get from the cruise to our hotel. My only complaint would be that the van was not very nice. For the price paid (which was quite high) was expecting a newer, cleaner car and a more first class experience. Will be looking for alternative services for that price point in the future.
