Worst Tour Ever!!!

The Pub Crawl was a disaster. We arrived 15 minutes before the tour was scheduled. The hostess of the restaurant at the first stop informed us that our tour guide hadn’t arrived yet but allowed us to sit at their table outside the venue. After 10 minutes past the scheduled start time our group reached out to get a status update on the tour guide. We eventually found out (more than 20 minutes past the scheduled tour time) that one of the tour guides was there but he claimed it was his first tour and that we would get started once his partner arrived. Allegedly, his partner had been involved in a scooter accident. The “partner” finally arrived more than 30 minutes late with zero signs (no scrapes on her legs or arms which were visible due to the outfit she had on) of being in an accident and offered no apology for being late. She did have a conversation with some of my group members that remained at the table outside and eventually made it upstairs with a cardboard box containing tequila, vodka, rum (all bottom shelf varieties) Squirt, fruit juice, a couple bags of ice, and red Solo cups. Drinks were made by the two tour guides on a dirty, rundown cardboard table. She also kept stating that we “could’ve gotten started” but clearly there was nothing to drink or drink out of, beverages were NOT provided by the first location. We asked and had the tour guides confirm that the remaining stops would include a drink/shot from the establishments instead of what they provided out of the cardboard box and we were assured that would be the case. Upon arriving at the second location, the female tour guide pulled the bottle of tequila she served us from at the first stop and offered waterfall shots but my group declined as the bottle broke the threshold of the previous guy’s mouth (ewwww). There were others who did it because they “wanted to get their monies worth”. After the second stop at the karaoke/coffee bar my group decided we couldn’t take any more of the subpar experience. We made the best of the terrible tour doing karaoke to Justin Beiber’s “Baby”. If I could give this zero ⭐️’s I would, DO NOT RECOMMEND.

DONT BOOK THIS PUB CRAWL

Horrible experience! We waited 20 minutes for the tour guide to arrive past the start time. She arrives with bags of ice, red solo cups, and two bottles of tequila. That was the free drink. When we walked to the second step which was a coffee shop, she waterfalls the bottle she brought into people’s mouth. DISGUSTING!!! When we walked in, we had to pay if we wanted a drink. The way this pub crawl went was not how it was advertised. Who wants to waterfall tequila when it’s been in other people’s mouth?!? A complete scam and very disappointing.

Scam! Awful experience.

This is a total scam. The worst tour experience ever. I expected a drink from every bar visited, instead you’ll be offered waterfalls of cheap tequila from a bottle the host brings in her purse. On top of that, she showed up an hour late to the first stop, takes you upstairs of a bar that she borrows space from that is literally a folding table that looks like it’s in a basement storage. The only plus was the box fan that sat in the corner on rhe floor. Don’t waste your money. Get a taxi to town and go to the bars on your own.

Excellent host

Gabs was amazing! Such great energy - Impossible to have a bad time with her around We weren't expecting much as we're in Tulum off-season but there was a good crowd and decent variety of bars

Great Experience! Gabby was the best✨

This Was definitely a great experience! ✨ We met so many people and the vibes were 10/10! Loved the open bar pregame!! And the shots kept coming all night! If you’re in Tulum this is a must doooo! Our guide Gabby was amazing! She had so much energy and she was so helpful! 1000000% recommend!
