The one thing you have to do is visit Hobbiton when in New Zealand.

I really enjoyed the tour. I was lucky - on the day I went on the tour it was not really busy. The guide was very knowledgeable. I couldn't get over the attention to detail - it reminded me of Disneyland - every detail was thought of. The lunch was really over the top for me - I enjoyed it very much, Visiting Hobbiton is a definite must if you're going to New Zealand.

Response from the operator: Kia Ora Adventure02220253063, Thank you so much for this fantastic 5-star review! We’re absolutely delighted to hear how much you enjoyed the tour and that visiting on a quieter day made the experience even more special. Your comparison to Disneyland made us smile. Hobbiton’s attention to detail really is extraordinary, and we’re so glad it left such a strong impression on you. It’s wonderful to hear you enjoyed the lunch as well and felt so well looked after throughout the day. We couldn’t agree more, Hobbiton truly is a must-do when visiting New Zealand, and we’re honoured to have been part of that experience for you. Ngā mihi nui, The ExperienceKart Team

    ExperienceKart is top notch

I chose ExperienceKart based on reviews I read on TripAdvisor and I'm glad I did. My initial reservations for Hobbiton ended up being full and ExperienceKart contacted me right away to secure a different date, luckily within our travel window. Their customer service ahead of the tour was outstanding. My husband and I had a private tour with a wonderful guide, Dibs, to Hobbiton and the Glow Worm Caves. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about everything around the area, even taking some extra time for a non-tour stop so we could see the endangered kiwi at a sanctuary along our way. I highly recommend ExperienceKart and Dibs for a great experience and would definitely use them again if we return.

Response from the operator: Kia Ora Susan, Thank you sincerely for taking your time to leave us a glorious 5 star review and we are deeply humbled by reading your lovely comments. We are very delighted that you had a wonderful day travelling with us and found our customer service outstanding. We strive hard to make a difference and we promise and deliver exceptional travel experiences to all our guests and this beautiful review is a true testament about the quality of our services! Thank you very much for choosing to book with us and recommending our services. We look forward to serving you again! We really love reading the title of this review "ExperienceKart is top notch"!
