What you'll see and do
Sintra National Palace

According to legend, there was a chapel dedicated to Virgin Mary built by Afonso Henriques after the reconquest of Sintra (circa 1093). On its ruins another chapel dedicated to Our Lady of Monserrate was constructed on the top of the hill in 1540.[2] The estate was then owned by Hospital Real de Todos os Santos, Lisbon. In the 17th century possession of the property was taken by the Mello e Castro family but after the 1755 Lisbon earthquake the farmhouse became unlivable.[3]

Excellent experience!
Highly recommend! The whole area is absolutely stunning, and we were really able to take it in by using the bikes. Most the roads and pathways are very quiet, so it's very peaceful and not stressful. Start as early as possible if you wish to keep stopping and wander around the sights, as the time flies by and we had to rush back to make sure we didn't miss the closing time.
Response from the operator: Hello! Thank you for your feedback :) it's true, riding our e-bikes is the best way to get the most out of beautiful Sintra! Hope you enjoyed the experience :) Best regards, Bárbara

Biking to the palace
Go2Cintra was too notch. Very nice to work with, very helpful. We didn't quite understand how to follow the tour directions (my fault, not the fault of Go2Cintra). So we went back to the office. The gentleman that was working that day personally got on one of the bikes, and guided us to one of the palaces so we wouldn't get lost! It was awesome! I highly recommend them.
Response from the operator: Hey there! Thank you for your feedback. We are glad that we were able to help you - we make sure you never get lost :) we hope that you had an amazing time with us! Best regards, Bárbara

Great way to see way more of Sintra area
So glad I was advised to do a biking tour of the Sintra area. I was able to see so much more than the typical "tourist loop", which was super worth it. Monserrate was great, I went all the way out to Cabo da Roca, and biking through the forest was really, really nice. It was more doable than initially expected because the bikes come with a boost button to help get you up hills. The app guide was very good. My favorite experience in Sintra!
Response from the operator: Hello! We appreciate your review :) we are glad you were able to visit our beautiful town using one of our bikes. Hope you had a blast! Best regards, Bárbara

Nice ebike trip that is a great way of exploring Sintra and surroundings.
Very nice service and great tour which is really handy with the app and route. Great sight and e bike is nice for this trip. We started the 11:20 which is to late. You should really start at around 09:00-9:30 which gives you plenty of time to see and explore. Not for really really old people :) Recommend this!
Response from the operator: Hello Max, Thank you very much for taking a bit of your time review us and advise other people, hope you doing well, With the best regards from GO2Cintra Team.

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Sintra.
How much does Sintra Full-Day E-Bike Rental with GPS: Palaces & Azenhas do Mar cost?
+
Prices start at $50 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Sintra usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Sintra Full-Day E-Bike Rental with GPS: Palaces & Azenhas do Mar take?
+
Plan for about 8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Sintra is not rushed.
Is Sintra Full-Day E-Bike Rental with GPS: Palaces & Azenhas do Mar worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 69 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 6 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Sintra, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Sintra Full-Day E-Bike Rental with GPS: Palaces & Azenhas do Mar?
+

Is Sintra Full-Day E-Bike Rental with GPS: Palaces & Azenhas do Mar suitable for kids and families?

How far in advance should I book Sintra Full-Day E-Bike Rental with GPS: Palaces & Azenhas do Mar?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Sintra can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Sintra and add a light layer if any part of the 8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Sintra Full-Day E-Bike Rental with GPS: Palaces & Azenhas do Mar start and how do I get there?
+

What are the best things to do in Sintra?
+

The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Sintra?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Sintra?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
