Grumpy staff, didn’t deliver what we paid for
The jet ski experience we paid for an hour for was cut short as the instructor clearly couldn’t be bothered. The instructor we had was very grumpy through out. We had opted for the extra paragliding but we were left waiting on the boat for ages for the other group due to the jet ski instructor ending our session early (wasn’t aware at the time as they don’t allow watches or phones). This led to us both getting sea sick which ruined this also. They’re overly strict over taking your own pictures. Another group got their phone out and the water taxi man almost knocked the phone out of their hand into the sea and stopped the whole boat to tell them about their no picture policy - really not necessary. Both me and my partner cut our feet from the short walk to and from the lockers to the boat. Lastly, this isn’t a Safari, you jet ski on the see following a guide. I emailed all this over to them and asked for a part refund due to the jet skiing instructor but received no compensation. The whole experience was €300! There’s a lot of other companies that do the exact same thing, I wouldn’t suggest this place.

Awesome Jet Ski Experience
Jet skiing is so much fun! It was quite nerve wracking at first, but it didn't take long to get comfortable zipping over the ocean. I would definitely do it again! The staff really made sure we knew what we were doing, and made sure everyone was safe. Although I did it with a friend, we went for individual jet skis rather than sharing one (which is an option). Although this was more expensive, I would recommend it, as it's so much fun driving the jet ski! The transfer from shore to the jet ski is an experience as well - you're taken out in a transfer boat (like an inflatable dinghy) and have to cross over to the jet ski further out to sea (although the staff make sure this is perfectly safe, and you have a life jacket on). This was one of my most memorable experiences from my holiday, and I'm really glad I did it :). One word of note tho - make sure to be at the venue 30 minutes before your start time. This isn't clear on the booking, and is only mentioned in an email the company sends through after you've made your booking.

Super jet ski experience
We tried riding a jet ski for the first time. First we got vests in the port, then we were taken by boat outside the port where the scooters were waiting. there we got a quick briefing and went for a ride. The guide kept taking some photos that you could buy and either leave a link to download (without seeing them first) or look at them right in the office the next day.

Scam Enterprise
Read good prices on the Internet, book, arrive on time to catch 2 jet skis and q at the moment and only carrying the money stipulated on the Internet that tell you q costs twice as much, a scam Enterprise that seeks to attract customers based on good prices and then arrive at the place wanting to perform the activity and that you raise the price because there are more people interested when you have already booked and organized all day

Why this scores 46
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Single Jet Ski Safari 40 Minute Guided Tour of Tenerife: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Tenerife.
How much does Single Jet Ski Safari 40 Minute Guided Tour of Tenerife cost?
+
Prices start at $118 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Tenerife usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Single Jet Ski Safari 40 Minute Guided Tour of Tenerife take?
+
Plan for about 0.7 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Tenerife is not rushed.
Is Single Jet Ski Safari 40 Minute Guided Tour of Tenerife worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 46 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.2/5 across 12 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Tenerife, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Single Jet Ski Safari 40 Minute Guided Tour of Tenerife?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Single Jet Ski Safari 40 Minute Guided Tour of Tenerife suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 0.7-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Single Jet Ski Safari 40 Minute Guided Tour of Tenerife?
+
Around 4 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Tenerife can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Tenerife and add a light layer if any part of the 0.7-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Single Jet Ski Safari 40 Minute Guided Tour of Tenerife start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Tenerife within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Tenerife?
+
On Outty we rank every Tenerife experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Whale watching & listening Eco-Catamaran Tour with Snacks &Drinks, Group Surfing Lesson at Playa de las Américas, Tenerife, 3-hour Whale and Dolphin Watching and Listening Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Tenerife?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Tenerife?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
