Had an amazing time; such a beautiful place! Was fantastic to be somewhere that wasn’t so crowded with tourists. The road in is every bit as rough as they say it is so if that will be an issue for you I don’t recommend. The guides were great and the lunch delicious. My only complaint was that due to it being quite a windy day we weren’t able to do the snorkeling portion of the tour but we did get to do everything else. That of course is no fault of the tour guides/operator, but I can’t give 5 stars not having the full experience. Would love to go again and do the snorkeling as well!

Beautiful but ... long time to get there!
Weather was not the best, but we made the most of it ... managed to see a few dolphins and two turtles with a brief swim/snorkel stop. The time in thr Biopark was great but be warned that you spend most of your day on the coaching arriving and leaving. The bumpy ride (or Maya massage) is around 1.5 hours each way ... not the 40 minutes quoted. Tour recommended but bear in mind the travel and bumps length.
Response from the operator: Hello Jovan, We are sorry that weather was not the best on your trip and it is something we are unable to control but we are glad that in spite of this you were able to enjoy your trip. As for the road, it is an external factor to us because at the moment the road is under construction for the extension of the Mayan Train that will cross the Caribbean and other parts of Mexico in order to promote tourism and at the moment it has caused delays in travel or detours. Nice day!

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
