Gabriel is the best!
Gabriel was a great tour guide, very knowledgeable of the area. Total about 7 hours. Most time on the boat. We saw birds, crocodile, turtles, dolphins. Went snorkeling and swimming too. Ate lunch at a remote village. The company could communicate a little better, I had questions before we left and never could get ahold of anyone. Picked us up on time and we were off. I was kinda sick and never got in the water myself, my wife did. All enjoyed the outing.

Not great
It was very boat centric to an extreme. The "beach" was actually a shallow part in the ocean. It felt like we could never dry off and it became uncomfortable. The meal was sparse and flavorless.

We would like to clarify that the Sian Ka’an Full Day Tour is indeed a long, boat-based experience, as Punta Allen is located about 50 km south of Tulum. The road conditions to get there by land are very rough, which is why the majority of the journey is done safely and comfortably by boat. Once in Punta Allen, the exploration is also done by boat, as this is the only way to access the incredible wildlife and natural areas within the Biosphere. The shallow area you visited is one of the natural oceanic pools of Sian Ka’an—beautiful but, as you mentioned, it does involve getting in and out of the water. We’re sorry if this made the experience uncomfortable for you. Regarding the meal, we appreciate your feedback and will be reviewing this closely with our team to ensure better quality for our guests. We completely understand that this type of adventure may not be for everyone. Because of that, we also offer another tour inside the Biosphere that is shorter, closer, and less boat-intense. Not to be missed!
Not only was it beautiful and did we get to see so much wildlife, Nikita was the MOST amazing guide. She was so knowledgeable about all the animals and the area, and engaged with us the entire time. I would highly recommend this excursion (with Nikita!) to anyone!!! Lunch was also so tasty and in a beautiful spot

Visit to Sian Ka’an
The whole experience was great! We spent most of the time on the boat, but we were able to see dolphin and sea turtles. We stopped for lunch at a local village and then it was back on the boat.

It’s worth the money.
This tour delivered more than expected. Abraham was an excellent knowledgeable guide. Pick up at our Airbnb was exactly on time. No hidden fees or sales. Now the best part: There are no guarantees, but we saw crocodiles, sea turtles, a manatee, bottle nose dolphins, and lots of birds. While snorkeling we saw a sting ray, giant lobster and a cat shark. Then of course the beautiful beach and tasty lunch. It was absolutely amazing! It was our favorite activity in Tulum.
