Shuttle from FLL to Port of Miami

Very friendly and communicative. Good meeting spot. Comfortable van and great service. Can’t recommend enough.

    Shuttle pick up dissatisfaction

Hi, I wanted to share my dissatisfaction with the lack of communication regarding the cruise shuttle pickup at the airport. I attempted to reach someone multiple times without success, and after waiting over 30 minutes with no updates, I ultimately had to take a taxi. The delay and difficulty contacting your team created unnecessary stress at the start of my trip. Thank you. Cassandra Glenn

Response from the operator: sorry for all inconvenience

    The driver will call...

The driver will call right before arrival, if you call the number provided you will not get an answer, which is very off putting. Communication could be a lot better. I would recommend again, just book for an early pickup

Response from the operator: thanks for the review

DO NOT USE THIS SHUTTLE SERVICE.

Horrible experience. Getting picked up from the airport the driver went to the wrong airport, Miami, even though our reservation said Fort Lauderdale. Took calling 3 or so times for them to get us a driver. It took an hour and half past our pick up time for us to get a ride. On the way back to the airport we called twice said they would call the driver, give them our number, etc. We got an Uber, made it to the airport and NEVER got a call from them.

Response from the operator: I'm sorry thats completely wrong the driver asked you to confirm and you said port of miami

    Do not book them

They were unprofessional, they did not know enough English to understand me. I scheduled a specific time and they had us waiting after having us get in one van then asked us to get out because another one was coming 30 minutes later. Just go with another company. They also were not kind at all just like bus drivers.

Response from the operator: sorry to hear that can you call us at 3052812927 to discuss this please thanks

Shared Shuttle from Fort Lauderdale Airport to Port of Miami: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Fort Lauderdale.

How much does Shared Shuttle from Fort Lauderdale Airport to Port of Miami cost?

    +

Prices start at $33 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Fort Lauderdale usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Shared Shuttle from Fort Lauderdale Airport to Port of Miami take?

    +

Plan for about 0.8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Fort Lauderdale is not rushed.

Is Shared Shuttle from Fort Lauderdale Airport to Port of Miami worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 53 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.8/5 across 14 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Fort Lauderdale, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Shared Shuttle from Fort Lauderdale Airport to Port of Miami?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Shared Shuttle from Fort Lauderdale Airport to Port of Miami suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 0.8-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Shared Shuttle from Fort Lauderdale Airport to Port of Miami?

    +

Around 5 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Fort Lauderdale can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Fort Lauderdale and add a light layer if any part of the 0.8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Shared Shuttle from Fort Lauderdale Airport to Port of Miami start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Fort Lauderdale within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Fort Lauderdale?

    +

Fort Lauderdale sells canal and Millionaire's Row boat cruises, Everglades airboat trips, snorkel and dive charters on the reef, and Miami and Key West day trips. Boat size and reef conditions drive the quality of the water tours. On Outty we rank every Fort Lauderdale experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include 1-Hour Interactive Pirate Cruise (arrive 30 minutes early), Fort Lauderdale Segway Tour, Half-day Everglades National Park Tour and 1-Hour Air Boat Ride. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Fort Lauderdale?

    +

November to April, with warm water year round. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Fort Lauderdale?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
