    Okay delivery, lacks the details!

Simply would not recommend. We got off 8 hour flight and got call in airport to come to Leigh person first in baggage claim. She described herself in Hawaiian shirt. Many people were Hawaiian shirts in Hawaii, not helpful. How about a sign with company name? We gathered luggage and continue to get called by her, even though I was standing in front of her. She would not leave wall to greet us, we were required to go to her location. Really??? Leigh was beautiful and freshly made. In group of 12, driver help load bags. He was efficient and knew where to go. However, he never shut up, ever, for 25 minutes, not even a breath pause. He has no pace. Some content was really good, Hawai’i Five-O, a little history of stuff we passed. However, did anyone ever want to know that United, Delta, Southwest did not start flying into Honolulu from 1980-1990’s - who cares. Or when cruise ship land and which days or ship terminals, who cares? How about wait for any question. He talked solid for 25 minutes, non stop. Talk a breath, give a 1 minute pauses. Seperate your topics. Perhaps ask would you like me to talk about this topic? No answer, means no talk and play some nice mellow Hawai’i music. Doesn’t mean you never talk - just pick your conversation topic and end. Driver is a very kind and helpful person and please take these comments to heart to which they are intended. Thank you!

Response from the operator: Thank you for taking the time to provide such detailed and constructive feedback. We apologize that locating our lei greeter was frustrating after your eight-hour flight. Your suggestion that our representative display a clearly visible company sign and take a more active role in greeting arriving passengers is well taken. We are pleased that the lei was beautiful and fresh and that your driver was kind, efficient, and helpful with the luggage. We also understand your concern about the continuous narration. Commentary should enhance the ride, not overwhelm passengers and should allow time for quiet, questions, and relaxing Hawaiian music. We will share your feedback with our airport and driver teams to improve both the greeting process and the onboard experience. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Perfect choice for airport to hotel transfer

We were met by a representative who called us when we has just arrived at baggage claim. We were fortunate to be the only plane landing at that time and she was able to be with us as we collected our luggage. We had gotten a text from our driver who was outside waiting when Lana took our luggage out for us. Timmy loaded up our luggage and gave us a relaxed ride in a well maintained and roomy car. He told us a bit about landmarks we were passing and let us know about a parade that would be taking place while we were in Honolulu/Waikiki so thar we could adjust times aa needed. To make our ride seem even more pleasant, he even provided bottled water. I would highly recommend Speedi Shuttle as well as Lana and Timmy for transportation needs. Mahalo for getting our trip off to such a pleasant start.

    Courteous, Friendly, and Flexible

I booked the wrong date for our Speedishuttle Shared Arrival Transfer transportation by accident, and I didn't realize this until we landed at the Honolulu airport. I simply called Speedishuttle's number, and they immediately made arrangements for me to be picked up within fifteen minutes. What great customer service! Our driver was very friendly and knowledgeable about the island. It was great talking to him and listening to him talk about the different sites in Waikiki. I decided to book them again from our hotel to the airport for our departure, and I will definitely use them again on our next trip.

Shared Arrival Transfer: Honolulu Airport to Hotel or Cruise Terminal: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Honolulu.

How much does Shared Arrival Transfer: Honolulu Airport to Hotel or Cruise Terminal cost?

    +

Prices start at $26 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Honolulu usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Shared Arrival Transfer: Honolulu Airport to Hotel or Cruise Terminal take?

    +

Plan for about 2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Honolulu is not rushed.

Is Shared Arrival Transfer: Honolulu Airport to Hotel or Cruise Terminal worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 63 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.7/5 across 621 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Honolulu, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Shared Arrival Transfer: Honolulu Airport to Hotel or Cruise Terminal?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Shared Arrival Transfer: Honolulu Airport to Hotel or Cruise Terminal suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Shared Arrival Transfer: Honolulu Airport to Hotel or Cruise Terminal?

    +

Around 217 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Honolulu can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Honolulu and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Shared Arrival Transfer: Honolulu Airport to Hotel or Cruise Terminal start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Honolulu within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Honolulu?

    +

Honolulu and greater Oahu run on early starts. Pearl Harbor memorial tickets release on a fixed schedule, the North Shore circle-island loop needs a full day, and the catamaran and snorkel runs off Waikiki fill fast in season. We rank on whether the operator secures Pearl Harbor entry themselves and how tight the circle-island itinerary really is. On Outty we rank every Honolulu experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Kevo's Beach Bus Paddleboard Snorkel Adventure North Shore Oahu, Ultimate Pearl Harbor Circle Island, Full Day Oahu Circle Island -Turtle Beach Snorkel at North Shore. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Honolulu?

    +

April to June and September to November, between the wet season and peak crowds. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Honolulu?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
