Friendly approach, a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere, knowledge, and a great guide
We arranged a three-day safari covering Tarangire and Ngorongoro National Parks, along with a trip to Materuni Falls, well before our trip. Responses to our questions and requests were immediate. Moses, the manager, helpfully put together a precise itinerary that was perfectly tailored to our needs and budget, offering us an unbeatable price. The day before the safari, the agency owner, an incredibly personable man named Moses, visited us personally at our accommodation on the outskirts of Arusha; we finalized the three-day plan in a friendly, accommodating atmosphere. We even received safari T-shirts and a hat featuring the agency's logo as gifts. From the very beginning, we could see their commitment to providing us with a perfect safari experience, and they succeeded 100%. Professionalism and reliability were the hallmarks of the entire three-day trip. Our educated, English-speaking guide, Haruni, created a perfectly relaxed and friendly atmosphere. He ensured we had an amazing safari experience by always being in the right place at the right time and sharing fascinating, expert insights into African wildlife. With his unique sense of humor, he also explained local culture and the lives of the people; it was hard to say goodbye to him when the safari ended. He was incredibly accommodating in every way, I couldn't imagine a better guide. We wrapped up our safari with an adventurous trip to Materuni Falls, accompanied by a different, yet equally friendly and helpful guide. I rate the agency's services as excellent and exceptional, with a strong focus on client satisfaction. We were truly sorry we couldn't take advantage of other options from the agency's extensive range of offerings. I highly recommend their services.

A magical safari experience
This safari with Kiliclimb Africa Safaris was a dream coming true. Thanks to the program, the organisation and the guides, we had an unforgettable experience. The communication was fast and excellent from the day we booked until the end of the safari. We had the chance to be lead by Godson and Raymond, two professionals and very good guides. Thanks to Raymond, we saw many wild animals from very close, and learned many things about them. Godson also teached us many things about nature and cultures in Tanzania. He was extremely caring and kind to us, and trying his best to make us have the best possible experience. Thanks to Godson ans Raymond, we always felt safe during the safari and enjoyed it from A to Z.

An absolute must-do day trip in Moshi – flawless end-to-end experience!
Our day trip to the Materuni Waterfall and coffee farm was an absolute highlight and executed flawlessly from start to finish. The entire experience was perfectly coordinated. Our driver arrived early, setting a fantastic tone for a highly organized and stress-free day. The drive out from Arusha was smooth, and upon arriving at the village, we were met by an incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable local guide. The hike to the waterfall takes about 40 minutes each way through beautiful, lush scenery and local farms. The trail can be a bit muddy and slick, but our guide paced everything perfectly and ensured we had great footing. Reaching the base of the massive 260-foot waterfall was spectacular—the mist and views are well worth the walk. After the hike, the traditional coffee-making experience with the local village team was unforgettable. The energy, singing, and dancing during the mashing and roasting process were incredibly fun and authentic. Getting to drink a cup of fresh, organic coffee that we helped brew, followed by a delicious local lunch, was the perfect conclusion to the mountain excursion. If you are staying in the Arusha or Moshi area and want a seamless, high-energy, and culturally rich day trip, this is an absolute must. Highly recommended!

"YOU MADE IT"
We had an amazing time on our tour! Our guide, Godson, provided a great briefing the day before, ensuring we were well-prepared. The hike to Materuni Falls was enjoyable, and the coffee tour was particularly special. We learned how to roast and grind coffee, and then savored a delicious traditional African lunch. We capped off our day at several wildlife spots, capturing spectacular pictures of us in the wild. We highly recommend this company for an unforgettable tour!
