Worst trip and guide

One of my worst tours ever with vaitor, delayed the tour for 2 hours, paid triple the price on viator and at the end they took us with a local group who paid quarter our price, the organizers were so chaotic and not organized or planned. They used an old bus which wasn’t comfortable at all.

Regarding the pricing difference, tours booked through international platforms such as Viator may appear more expensive due to platform commissions, taxes, customer service fees, and booking protections that are included in the final price. This does not reflect a difference in the actual tour experience itself. We would also like to clarify that this is a shared group tour, and combining guests from different booking channels is standard practice for this type of experience. While we understand that the delay affected your impression of the day, we do feel the circumstances were handled responsibly and transparently by our team under an unexpected technical situation. Terrible food and organization. Nice places to visit though.

Nice places to visit. Trip was very poorly organized. Took more than 2 hours to collect passengers. Food was absolutely terrible. They chose this shady place for lunch when there were so many good places. I guess they had a deal with the place that had terrible food and no choices. Better to just ask us to pay for our own food.

Need more work.

Overall nice places to visit. Trip and pickup were not well organized. Pickup took 2 hours before the actual trip started. This could have been arranged better. Food was terrible. There were so many good restaurants but they chose a shady place that had terrible food and terrible service. I guess they had a deal with the place which was absolutely ridiculous. They could have charged a little more or made us pay for our own food.

organized and enjoyable trip

Lots of fun thanks to the driver and translator The best translator and guide I have ever dealt with.. His name is Mahmoud He speaks English, Arabic and Turkish Thank you very much for this organized and enjoyable trip
