Awful service - nobody at the airport to pick us up.
Nobody was there to pick us up, we looked for you everywhere, no phone number provided. We had to pay $360 for one-way trip. Can someone contact us and guarantee that we will be picked up from the resort and taken back to the airport?
Response from the operator: UPDATE: The departure on 12/19 was successfully completed by the driver originally assigned to the arrival. He provided proof of the messages exchanged, confirming that he waited for the passengers for nearly two hours. The travelers requested confirmation of their departure using the same phone number we had previously attempted to contact upon their arrival with no success. Dear Grigoriy, Thank you for reaching out to us. We truly appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation. Prior to your arrival, we shared the meeting point details via both WhatsApp and the phone number provided in your reservation. Upon your arrival, we attempted to contact you again through calls and messages to the same number. Our driver remained at the designated meeting area for almost two hours, as confirmed by GPS records and message logs. Unfortunately, we did not receive any response during that time or afterward. We waited, assuming that as you were a large group, it might take some time, but we never received any contact. Please note that our customer service phone number is listed on your voucher. Could you kindly contact us at **+52 998 151 6660**? It’s possible that the phone number we were given was incorrect, but we did call the one provided under the booking. We never intended to miss providing the service. In fact, we also sent you a photo via WhatsApp showing where the driver was standing with a sign bearing your name and it showed that the message went through. We called but sent us to voicemail. Great communication from start and in between with texts and alerts for our pick up time on the way home. Comfortable van and smooth drive. The drives were great, easy to Find at the airport and on time for departure. I would recommend this company for anyone traveling in this area.
