Once in a life time tour - only the best of Rome!

After an 11 day cruise, we wanted to do a day tour of Rome. Patricia put together an amazing 8 hour day which covered all the high points but left us wanting more. The drivers were amazing and the guide, Mohammed, was beyond words. He is a true genius in reading our group and satisfying the cultural, historical and culinary wants of every single person. I have done many tours in Rome and he is the only one who asked if we would like to say our prayers in St. Peter's Basilica. His knowledge of the area is astounding. Every question was answered. He picked an amazing restaurant which included gluten free options. So very thoughtful Patricia met us at the Colosseum to check in and make sure everything was going well. Above and beyond. When we were dropped at the airport hotel, the driver walked the area while we were checking in and provided recommendations for dinner which proved to be spot on. I would not hesitate using Patricia, Mohammed and their group on our next trip. They even managed to stay within the Italian government's Covid protocols which was almost impossible as they change from day to day, location to location and even the people who admit you are unsure of the rules. True professionals and so accommodating. I forgot the Trevi Fountain on my agenda and at the end of the day in a massive amount of traffic, Mohammed and the drivers got us there and parked feet away. Thank goodness - you cannot go to Rome and not visit Trevi.

Response from the operator: A big thank you from all of our Decus Italia company and for the beautiful words you have dedicated to us. We spent almost a month together in the preparation and organization of this day. We are really happy that you enjoyed your stay with us. And the Trevi Fountain bodes well for returning to Rome again. Yours sincerely Patricia
