Lobster dinner cruise
Guide was difficult to understand as he spoke mostly Spanish. Lobster was difficult to chew.
Response from the operator: Hi, thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry that the language barrier with the guide affected your experience and that the lobster was difficult to enjoy. We’ll share these comments with the corresponding team so both the service and food experience can be reviewed.

Don’t try to change your menu selection at check in. To sign up for four people it forces you to to pick your meal. We picked steak and all ou us had to get steal. We as on the website and were told we could change at check in. We wanted one steak and lobster, one vegetable dinner, one steak, and one shrimp. Needless to say we were disappointed.
Response from the operator: Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry for the confusion regarding meal selection and will review this internally. We appreciate your comments and hope to improve your experience in the future. What To Do In Cancun Customer service team

Romantic sunset
Our host was Noe. He and the staff were amazing! Dinner was delicious. (Though I could have appreciated a few condiments like salt and pepper). Open bar had an amazing selection. Fabulous evening! Only thing slightly disappointing was with the new bridge in the view we didn’t exactly get a sunset view. But this an awesome experience.
Response from the operator: Thank you! We’re glad you had a fabulous evening and enjoyed the food and service. Noe and the team will be happy to hear your kind words. We appreciate your feedback! What To Do In Cancun Customer service team

Wedding Anniversary.
My wife and I celebrated our first wedding anniversary on the Colombus. We went for the 4:30 pm tour. Our experience has been an incredible one for us to remember through our lives together. We were greeted by our tour guide, Noe. He was an exceptional host, who guided us to the boat. The sounds of violin started to play as we boarded the ship. We were handed a drink of our choice and seated. Our tour guide made everyone comfortable. I requested a special song to be played from our wedding on violin. The tour guide invited us on the stage and the violinist played our song as we slowly danced with each other infront of everyone. Smiles lit our faces as our song played, remembering our wedding day. As everyone clapped, we were helped to our seats as dinner was ready to be served. We opted for surf and turf. It was well balanced with steak, lobster, veggies and bake potatoes. Every bite was delicious. The cook did a fantastic job! You get a choice of white or red wine. As the sun began to set, we were invited to take pictures. Our tour guide later invited everyone on the stage, asked to face our partners and dance to romantic music. The final song was a repeat of our wedding song and we danced again. It was the most epic way to end our tour. We highly reccomend this tour to anyone celebrating their anniversary or any special occasion. It exceeded my expectations and to this day, left a smile on our faces when we remember it. 10/10.
Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your anniversary story! We’re honored you chose our Columbus cruise to celebrate and thrilled that Noe, the violinist, and the entire crew made your evening so memorable—from the surprise serenade of your wedding song to the sunset surf & turf dinner. Congratulations on your first anniversary, and we’d love to welcome you back for more magical moments! What To Do In Cancun Customer service team

Romantic Sunset Dinner Cruise in Cancun with Open Bar: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cancun.
How much does Romantic Sunset Dinner Cruise in Cancun with Open Bar cost?
+
Prices start at $112 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cancun usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Romantic Sunset Dinner Cruise in Cancun with Open Bar take?
+
Plan for about 2.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cancun is not rushed.
Is Romantic Sunset Dinner Cruise in Cancun with Open Bar worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 53 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.5/5 across 13 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Cancun, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Romantic Sunset Dinner Cruise in Cancun with Open Bar?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Romantic Sunset Dinner Cruise in Cancun with Open Bar suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Romantic Sunset Dinner Cruise in Cancun with Open Bar?
+
Around 5 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cancun can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cancun and add a light layer if any part of the 2.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Romantic Sunset Dinner Cruise in Cancun with Open Bar start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cancun within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Cancun?
+
On Outty we rank every Cancun experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Early Access to Chichen Itza All Inclusive with Valladolid and Cenote Swim, Whale Shark Tour from Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum and Riviera Maya, Small-Group 3 Hidden Cenotes Adventure with Tequila Tasting. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Cancun?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Cancun?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
