Varied tour

Monique, our guide, was very friendly and helpful with us. What we think could be improved is the duration of the snorkeling, which we felt was less than 20 minutes and leave free time to enjoy the beach. On the other hand, the animal sanctuary we expected bigger and with more variety of species.

Response from the operator: Todos los que quieren quedar mas tiempo en la play pueden solo que no tiene acceso a las sillas de playa y los amenities del beach club

By far the best day of my cruise.

My spouse and I had a great day with our private guide Klinsman! We had the chance to see animals very closely and to be able to touch and feed them. While a photographer took pictures of us throughout the activity. Then we went horse riding: I loved the experience it was beyond my expectations. We also tasted rum and rum cakes which were delicious. And we ended the day going snorkelling, the sea was just perfect and it was really impressive the amount of fish and all the beautiful colors in front of our eyes. And our guide was really professional, nice and relaxed. Thank you very much:) I recommend it 100%

Memories were made!

Phenomenal time, everything we did was so much fun and felt extremely safe. Everything we did from petting the animals, to riding the horses was memories we will have for a lifetime. The driver/tour guide was so helpful and always making sure we had all we needed.

Amazing experience

AMAZING TOUR we had edger who went above and beyond he was extremely accommodating and made the experience amazing, the price point for everything included left us shocked, you start off with the interactive sloth exhibit but you see so many more animals than listed we got so many pictures with the Parrots and monkeys with our personal cellphones which was nice bc usually they don’t allow that to try and charge you per picture. The horse ride was amazing the path was long and took you through the forest then beachside our tour guide too so many pictures of us he went above and beyond. Finally the snorkel was INCREDIBLE they took us out on a boat and there were so many fishes and the coral reef was so beautiful. overall we booked this last minute and were nervous bc they only had one review but this experience was 10/10. Highly recommend

Set your expectations low

I want to start by saying the snorkel was amazing. That said this is a tour with very little organization or customer service. Our guide completely checked out. We had to implore to get on the horses so we would still have time to snorkel. The snorkel boat almost let without a passenger! The horseback was 30 minutes not 45. There was trash along the trail and very little scenery. You will be wandering around wondering what is going on most of this trip. Look it is worth it to snorkel around the reef but set your expectations low.

Response from the operator: Hi hope you enjoy the rest of the cruise I would love to say I really love to hear our guest feed back but one thing I really do hate is lies we work very hard to grow our Lil company and try to provide the best service possible for our guest everyone reach the ranch do their tour in order first come first goes yes I agreed along the way was a bit of trash cause we had a storm and bad weather it's hard to clean the beach and next day it's messy again so we wait for the storm to pass we always give out guest options on how they want to start their day cause your the boss on your tour we here to make sure you have a great expiration we have the second largest reef after Australia and a lively reef and you get more than you paid for even had a private Driver so please
