We had a great experience with the staff at Pavillon, especially Manny! He was punctual, friendly, and made sure my friends and I got to our boat on time. The entire process was smooth, and his excellent customer service made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed
Really bad experience with Papillon. 1. Changed our check in time last minute and never replied or answered when we tried to call and send an email. 2. We never wanted a photographer on board. One was brought on board and didn’t want us to take our own pictures so at the end she could try to sell us pictures she took during the boat. 380.00 for 10 photos. We said no and then she proceeded to harass us for not buying them. 3. They did not serve the food we had ordered. They served what they wanted to serve. 4. The staff was tired, lack luster and just didn’t want to be there. 5. The captain didn’t want to go on the route we agreed on. He wanted to do what he wanted to do. Overall, bad experience and will never book with them again.

Photography Service: The photographers are independent professionals who offer an optional service. They always ask the group for consent before departing. The package includes approximately 40 to 60 high-resolution professional photos depending on the group. We regret if there was a lack of communication regarding this service, but it is never mandatory. 3. Catering: Our all-inclusive menu is clearly detailed on our website and in your confirmation details: chicken/beef quesadillas, guacamole, pico de gallo, and fresh fruit. We followed our standard high-quality menu as no special dietary requests or alternative catering were requested prior to your trip. 4. Crew Performance: Our captains and deckhands are known for their professionalism and hospitality. While we are sorry you felt the energy was 'lackluster,' our crew remains strictly professional at all times, focusing on safety and navigation. 5. Route: The Captain’s priority is the safety of the guests and the vessel. While we always aim to fulfill route requests, the final decision rests with the Captain based on wind, tide, and port authority regulations. Exceptional service from start to finish. The crew was attentive, professional, and thoughtful—serving food and drinks seamlessly while ensuring everyone was comfortable. They expertly located whale sightings and, when my son began feeling seasick, quickly adjusted the course to calm the ride. Their experience and care truly made the trip memorable.

Sunset Cruise Perfection
My wife wanted a sunset cruise for her birthday. Contacted Papillon whom we’ve used before. Met in their office and proceeded to be escorted to the proper dock and slip where we met captain Adan and mate Axel. They had the stern of the boat decorated with balloons and a happy birthday banner, a bottle of champagne chilling and a beautiful fresh fruit platter waiting for us. Axel took our drink order and we were off! Cruised past the arch and lands end. Didn’t need the photo op, been there done that. Captain Adan asked my wife what she would like to do, and she responded WHALES! So off we went! Alas, an hour of searching was unsuccessful. Then mate Axel took the helm while captain Adan prepared a feast! Fresh guacamole, chicken fajitas, steak fajitas, quesadillas and to top it off a yummy birthday cake! Can’t say enough about the service, friendliness and quality of the food and drinks! A perfect end to the birthday celebration!
