Professional, and timely.
Enzo was very professional, on time, and friendly. We were picked up from our Positano hotel. While driving to our destinations he gave information about the sights we were seeing. Kept our luggages safe in the car while we stopped at Pompeii for 2 hours, and got us to our destination hotel in Naples safely. Thank you Enzo!

Excellent and comfortable drive
Our scheduled ferry from Positano to Naples was cancelled at the last minute. We had already checked out of our apartment and had other scheduled travel arrangements that were contingent upon us arriving in Naples at a certain time. It is difficult to get a private transfer on the same day from Positano. They are in demand. However, I found this one on page 3, and it was available, so I took it. There were only two reviews, and one was not favorable. Our experience was far different. The company contacted me and settled all the pick up details. Mr. Ciro was prompt, wearing a suit and beautiful loafers, driving a spotless BMW. He was kind and personable, and his driving was careful and efficient. It was a very comfortable drive along the narrow and winding roads. I was very pleased with the service. Mr. Ciro was able to get us to the train station and we were back on track with our travel plans.

Formal Complaint and Request for Resolution Regarding Recent Transfer Service from Positano to Naples
I am writing to bring your attention to a very concerning experience that I and my companion recently encountered during a private car transfer booked through your platform. We had organized a transfer from Positano to Naples, with an agreed additional stop at a winery. This was communicated clearly in our discussions, with the agreed fee for this extra stop set at 50 euros per hour. Unfortunately, our experience turned out to be far from what was expected and agreed upon. Firstly, I must report that the driver's behavior behind the wheel was extremely reckless. Throughout the journey, he persistently made dangerous overtaking maneuvers around blind, winding turns, bringing us uncomfortably close to collisions on multiple occasions. This behavior put our safety at risk and caused a significant amount of stress. Secondly, contrary to our clear and agreed-upon plan, we were not taken to any winery. This was a specific part of our itinerary that we were looking forward to, and we are disappointed that it did not occur. Furthermore, upon reaching Naples, our driver did not drop us off at our hotel as scheduled. Instead, he stopped at a location approximately 10 minutes away by foot, insisting he was unable to drive us to the hotel's door even though we observed other cars driving on that road. Please refer to the attached images I sent to the Viator email chain, showing the street view of our hotel, clearly demonstrating its accessibility for cars. Also attached is a Google Maps image showing the distance we were dropped off from our hotel. Despite these service shortcomings, the driver insisted on us paying the additional 100 euros that were initially intended for the winery stop. This was extremely inappropriate considering we did not visit the winery as agreed upon. Even after we explained the situation, the driver claimed not to understand and persisted on us paying the 100 euros. Eventually, under pressure, we ended up paying him the disputed amount. I am sure you will agree that this level of service is far from the standard one would expect when booking through Viator. Given these unfortunate circumstances, I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter. I trust that Viator will handle this matter with the seriousness and professionalism it requires. I eagerly await your prompt response to resolve this issue. I’ve emailed the photos to an email a few hours prior to this. One image is the distance that we were dropped off from the hotel.
