Great experience
We hired Hugo for two tour days - the first to Sintra and the second for a transfer to Porto with stops in Obidos and Grutas de Mira de Aire. Hugo was so helpful throughout our trip planning process. Always responsive to questions, provided recommendations for the best way to structure our days, connected us with guides in other areas of the country and sent reminders when it was time to book tickets online. He was knowledgeable about the sites we visited and instructive in an engaging way. Would absolutely recommend hiring Hugo if you have the opportunity.

Amazing experience
My mother and I had a great day on this tour. The driver was so friendly and nice and brought us to such wonderful towns. He was very informative about the history of each town and made the day feel very special. We would highly recommend him!!

Great guide - Good communication!
Hugo was fantastic from the moment we booked the trip several months out. Not only did he help us customize this trip, he also gave us other local recommendation and assisted with transport outside of this tour. The tour itself was great and he surprised us with some nice treats along the way. His lunch recommendation was also great. Would highly recommend a Hugo for any tour!

Outstanding transfer from Porto to Cascais with terrific stops and a top notch guide!!
We can’t recommend Hugo Romano enough. Several friends had previously utilized his services and Hugo did not disappoint. The value for his services were excellent. He is a wonderful guide, familiar with all the best authentic and local attractions, shop owners and restaurants. Hugo drove us from Porto to Cascais with stops in Nazare and Obidos. Hugo went above and beyond including his terrific photography skills and ability to obtain dinner reservations. Hiring Hugo is a no brainer.

Lisbon to Porto transfer with Hugo
We hired Hugo to drive us from Lisbon to Porto with a stop at Nazare. Our original plan was to take the train to Porto but Hugo was so highly recommended on a Portugal Facebook page that I started chatting with him on whats app before we left for the trip. He was very accomodating with questions so I decided to book him. Hugo was the best, he picked us up at the hotel and we drove to Nazare, a seaside resort famous for the big waves and surfing competitions. Unfortunately the large waves are in winter months so we didn't see them first hand but we visited the museum of surfers, videos, etc. We were also lucky because Hugo had a VIP pass and could drive us down the hill or else its long walk. After the museum, he took us to meet one of the 7 Skirts women selling her nuts. The 7 skirts is a folklore you can look up different theories. Hugo was great, providing lots of history on Portugal and its people! We had a great time and even though more expensive than our original plan of train, it was worth it and we got to make s stop along the way! Highly recommend Hugo for all your trips!

Why this scores 68
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Private Transfer from Lisbon to Porto with Sightseeing Tour: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Lisbon.
How much does Private Transfer from Lisbon to Porto with Sightseeing Tour cost?
+
Prices start at $560 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Lisbon usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Private Transfer from Lisbon to Porto with Sightseeing Tour take?
+
Plan for about 10 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Lisbon is not rushed.
Is Private Transfer from Lisbon to Porto with Sightseeing Tour worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 68 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 61 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Lisbon, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Private Transfer from Lisbon to Porto with Sightseeing Tour?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Private Transfer from Lisbon to Porto with Sightseeing Tour suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 10-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Private Transfer from Lisbon to Porto with Sightseeing Tour?
+
Around 21 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Lisbon can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Lisbon and add a light layer if any part of the 10-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Private Transfer from Lisbon to Porto with Sightseeing Tour start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Lisbon within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Lisbon?
+
On Outty we rank every Lisbon experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Lisbon City Center Tour - The Unmissable Lisbon, Sintra Private Trip from Lisbon Customizable Dreamlike Experience, True 4Hour Private Tuk Tuk Tour: Discover Lisbon with a Local!. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Lisbon?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Lisbon?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
