Great service!
Booked a transfer from Cicitavecchia cruise port in Rome to FCO airport via WhatsApp details. Full details and costs were confirmed immediately and regulated updates were provided throughout the time right up until the date of collection. Even accepted an earlier requested time last minute. Driver arrived promptly and drive was efficient and smooth, arriving at the airport in plenty of time. Would recommend and definitely use again!

Transport to Rome - do’t look further
Just a great experience at half the cost of the cruise offered transport. On debarking, the driver was waiting with a sign ready for transport. We felt sorry for the all the other guests queueing. Don’t not do this!

Drop off problem.
Our timing was perfect and couldn’t be smoother. Our driver was waiting right outside of the baggage claim with our name on a sign. We went to his auto, loaded our luggage including a scooter. Lots of space for our cargo. Our driver was very polite and did his best to get us to our destination safely. We only had to walk a short distance to our hotel because the street was so narrow. That was a bit difficult with our big bags and scooter. I texted the company explaining that the drop off was not ideal and they were very sorry that a different route was not taken, and promised us a shuttle to the airport. That was very generous and kind. This company is clearly interested in pleasing the customer. I’d book them again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
The worst experience ever. Did not show up to pick us up and caused us to not only miss our train but a tour and another transfer. Ended up costing us all to lose over €1500 and cost us an extra €550 to get new train and transfer. Appalling. Would give negative stars if I could!!! Do not use this company EVER!!!

THE BEST COMANY FOR ANY TRANSFER ACCOMADATIONS
Rome Habi Cabs is the the best transportation company that anyone could every ask for. We were stranded from a no-show from the airport to Civitavecchia that was booked through booking.com. I called Bruno from Rome Habi Cabs and he had someone there within 20 minutes. I cancelled all other transport companies and only used them. Very clean, on-time and drivers were great! Cristiano was our favorite. But they were all fantastic. I will not hesitate the next time in Rome to call Bruno. Bruno responds very quickly to all emails and whatsapp. Very fair pricing and great drivers. I can't say enough good things about Bruno and his company. Please call on them for any transportation needs! I give them am A++++++++++++ Your the best Bruno!!

Why this scores 48
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Private transfer from Civitavecchia Port to Rome City: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Lake Bracciano.
How much does Private transfer from Civitavecchia Port to Rome City cost?
+
Prices start at $296 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Lake Bracciano usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Private transfer from Civitavecchia Port to Rome City take?
+
Plan for about 1.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Lake Bracciano is not rushed.
Is Private transfer from Civitavecchia Port to Rome City worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 48 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.2/5 across 11 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Lake Bracciano, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Private transfer from Civitavecchia Port to Rome City?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Private transfer from Civitavecchia Port to Rome City suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Private transfer from Civitavecchia Port to Rome City?
+
Around 4 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Lake Bracciano can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Lake Bracciano and add a light layer if any part of the 1.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Private transfer from Civitavecchia Port to Rome City start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Lake Bracciano within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Lake Bracciano?
+
On Outty we rank every Lake Bracciano experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Civitavecchia Shore Excursion: Best of Rome Private Tour, Food Tasty and History Tour in Civitavecchia, VIP Tour of Rome (3/5/8hrs) Colosseum & Vatican Museums. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Lake Bracciano?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Lake Bracciano?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
