Amazing family experience
We had the pleasure of spending the day with Juan Miguel and Eric Hernandez on an all-day excursion, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning, they made us feel genuinely welcome and had us excited for the adventures ahead. Eric patiently answered all of our questions and shared so much about the unique places and wildlife we encountered. He was especially thoughtful and accommodating with our boys' curiosity—even jumping off a cliff into a cenote to make one of their requests come true! We also deeply appreciated the respect he showed for the land, the local culture, and the people who worked so hard to make our day so memorable. The kind, encouraging way he guided our boys as they experienced so many new things meant a great deal to us. Juan Miguel was consistently courteous, attentive, and eager to help. His calm, friendly presence made us feel well cared for throughout the day and added so much to the overall experience. We would also like to express our sincere thanks to Juan and Louis for their help while snorkeling. Their knowledge of the marine life made the experience even more enjoyable, and their enthusiasm was contagious. Everyone we met at the cenotes was incredibly welcoming, and the homemade meal was truly one of the highlights of the day. We are so grateful for the unforgettable memories our family made together. It was a day we will cherish for years to come, and it simply would not have been the same without the warmth, kindness, and dedication of everyone who made it so special. Thank you all for giving our family such an extraordinary experience.

Cenotes and ziplines, woohoo!
We had a wonderful time with Kay Tours! The cenotes were beautiful, and we enjoyed the swimming and snorkeling. And the zip lines were a blast! We were pleased to have Yolo and Memo as our tour guides. They gave us a thoughtful lesson about the history of the area and the cultural significance. Overall this was an excellent experience and we are looking forward to doing it again on our next trip to Mexico!

Best Tour Ever
Our tour was the best part of our vacation. We did a private tour so spent a lot of time snorkeling and at each cenote. Our guide, Paco, was truly amazing. He was so knowledgeable about Mayan history, Cenote’s, and the wildlife we saw. Snorkeling was a once in a lifetime experience, thanks to Paco and our driver, José. Absolutely book this!!!!
