Nice trip overall
Visited in the summer of 2025, was glad to receive a fully equipped tour with a nice chauffeur with his Mercedes van and an experienced tour guide that accompanied us on the whole trip starting from the transfer to the Louisiana Museum. Was very nice of them to have water in the car as it was hot in the middle of the day so we could cool off. Would recommend if you want to get taken around the museum and listen to the explanations and the stories behind the exhibitions personally, the guide had a lot to tell other than what was stated in the museum itself. It’s a nice and definitely a family friendly place with several stunning art pieces as well as a dreamy green outdoor space around the buildings of the museum and the cafe.
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your lovely review! We're delighted you enjoyed the Louisiana Museum and that our guide could bring the art to life with a few extra stories—because every masterpiece deserves a good backstory! 🎨😊 We're also glad the cold water helped keep the summer heat under control. We hope to welcome you back for another adventure soon! Best wishes, Tina

What a gem of a museum! The collection and architecture are incredible, and both are enhanced by the stunning grounds. Well worth a 1/2 day and stay to enjoy a snack, cocktail, or lunch at the cafe.

An Exceptional Tour Of A Wonderful Museum
Whitney was an exceptional guide and really brought this singular museum to life. We took a beautiful drive from Copenhagen to get there, along the shore , seeing swans and cormorants and then urban forest. The museum has some wonderful paintings by Asger Jorn and a breathtaking show by a Swiss Artist Franz Gertsch. The view from one room, overlooking a man-made lake, looks just like a Monet painting. There is a magnificent outdoor sculpture garden with terrific views of the water. Whitney told us something memorable about each piece we saw.
Response from the operator: Dear David, Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear that Whitney made your experience at the museum truly memorable and you enjoyed the tour! Your kind words about Whitney will certainly be shared with her. We hope to welcome you back for another inspiring visit soon! Kind regards, Uljana Easy Travel Team

Why this scores 52
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Private Tour to Louisiana Museum of Modern Art: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Copenhagen.
How much does Private Tour to Louisiana Museum of Modern Art cost?
+
Prices start at $485 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Copenhagen usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Private Tour to Louisiana Museum of Modern Art take?
+
Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Copenhagen is not rushed.
Is Private Tour to Louisiana Museum of Modern Art worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 52 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.7/5 across 6 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Copenhagen, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Private Tour to Louisiana Museum of Modern Art?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Private Tour to Louisiana Museum of Modern Art suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Private Tour to Louisiana Museum of Modern Art?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Copenhagen can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Copenhagen and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Private Tour to Louisiana Museum of Modern Art start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Copenhagen within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Copenhagen?
+
On Outty we rank every Copenhagen experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Grand Day Trip around Copenhagen, Copenhagen Walking Tour: Politically Incorrect Intro, Copenhagen Highlights 3 Hour Bike Tour with local Guide. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Copenhagen?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Copenhagen?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
