    Great guide in Sintra

Great great Carlos Neves. A masterclass of history, great landscapes, and a delicious lunch. Carlos is the greatest of them all. PS: vinho verde is the best recommendation for fish and wine. Follow the recommendation

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a wonderful review! We are absolutely thrilled to read your words about Carlos Neves. He truly is a master at combining history, breathtaking landscapes, and great gastronomy, and we couldn’t be prouder to have him representing 2Feel Portugal (as part of our dedication to providing 2Feel Portugal level excellence). Hearing that he is 'the greatest of them all' has definitely made his day! And you are entirely right about the Vinho Verde — it is indeed the ultimate pairing for our fresh fish. We are so glad you followed and enjoyed his recommendation. Even though your review is anonymous, we know exactly who you are, and your kindness means the world to Carlos and to our entire team. We hope your journey back to the Philippines went smoothly and that you arrived home safely. It was a true pleasure hosting you, and we sincerely hope to welcome you back for more unforgettable memories in the future! Warm regards, The 2Feel Portugal Team

Amazing full day tour in Sintra and Cascais

We embarked into a last minute full day trip to Sintra and Cascais at the advice of our hotel. Our guide was Mr Rogerio. He was punctual, very professional, polite and discreet. He is a native of Lisbon , speaks English fluently and eloquently and has a deep knowledge of the history of the country. It was immediately obvious that Mr Rogerio is passionate about his work and also cares deeply about the well being of his customers. It was a custom made tour based on our preferences and his suggestions. The car was immaculate, his driving smooth, bottled water was provided, car temperature was perfect. We have travelled throughout the world and have had many guided tours, it is always a pleasure when at the end of the day you feel a sense of enrichment and satisfaction of a full amazing day. We will definitely return to this beautiful country and seek Rogerio's services again.

Response from the operator: Bom Dia , :) Good morning, We are very pleased to hear your kind words. This is the way we can understand the work we do with our customers and improve it. Rogério is very authentic and very Portuguese, good to know that we responded to what he was looking for. Greetings from the entire 2feelportugal team and special regards from Rogério.

    Amazing day!

We went on a fantastic tour with Tiago. He took us to visit the stunning palaces of Sintra, giving us all the history behind them. He calmly drove us through the hills of the village to a wonderful restaurant with view to the beach. We highly recommend Tiago, his way of explaning things is very easy to understand so is his english.

    The highlight of our trip!

Touring around Sintra and Cascais with Fernando as our driver was the highlight of our trip to Lisbon! Fernando was hugely knowledgable, attentive, friendly and funny. He provided a personal service without being overly familiar. It was clear that he is able to read his clients well, then tailor the tour to their needs and requirements. He took us to all the tourist places on our "must do" list to see, plus some wonderful places a little off the beaten track, which we couldn't have found simply using a map. Furthermore, he took us to an amazing seafood restaurant overlooking the Atlantic Ocean for lunch, and even booked up a fabulous restaurant for dinner for us, once the tour with him had finished. We would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Lisbon who wishes to see the city with a tour guide who knows the best places to go and the easiest ways to get there. When we return to Lisbon we would certainly book it up again, and would certainly request to have Fernando as our driver! Thank you Fernando and Lisbon for a truly memorable holiday!

    Fabulous Day and Guide

We enjoyed our day with Alex, make sure to ask for him. We started with Pena Palace which was very crowded. Start early in the day to avoid crowds. Do not miss Montserrat Palace, not crowded and much prettier. Alex made us reservations at a great seafood restaurant overlooking the ocean. Great day, I highly recommend.

Response from the operator: Dear Cindy, It's always a huge pleasure to have a feedback like yours. We work daily to improve and try to show you the best in Portugal. And reading your kind words makes it all worthwhile. Many thanks! And hope to see you again in Portugal. All the best!

Private Tour 8 Hours Sintra & Cascais: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Lisbon.

How much does Private Tour 8 Hours Sintra & Cascais cost?

    +

Prices start at $63 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Lisbon usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Private Tour 8 Hours Sintra & Cascais take?

    +

Plan for about 8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Lisbon is not rushed.

Is Private Tour 8 Hours Sintra & Cascais worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 70 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 9 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Lisbon, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Private Tour 8 Hours Sintra & Cascais?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Private Tour 8 Hours Sintra & Cascais suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 8-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Private Tour 8 Hours Sintra & Cascais?

    +

Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Lisbon can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Lisbon and add a light layer if any part of the 8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Private Tour 8 Hours Sintra & Cascais start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Lisbon within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Lisbon?

    +

On Outty we rank every Lisbon experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Lisbon City Center Tour - The Unmissable Lisbon, Sintra Private Trip from Lisbon Customizable Dreamlike Experience, True 4Hour Private Tuk Tuk Tour: Discover Lisbon with a Local!. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Lisbon?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Lisbon?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
