Jesus picked us on time in a beautiful GMC Yukon Denali and transported us safely to our resort. Thank you! On the 21st Gabriel picked us up at our resort and transported us to SJD for our flight home. Thank you! Cabo Airport Shuttle is the best company we have used in more than 20 years coming to Cabo. Great choice for transportation

Great experience with the Cabo airport shuttle pickup. The driver was easy to find, on time, and the ride was clean and comfortable. Made getting to the hotel stress-free. Would definitely use again.

Great Drivers & Vehicles

Drivers Effrin and Moses were both great. They drove very safely and got us to and from the airport in a timely manner. They vehicle was relatively new, well maintained and spacious.

Don’t book! They’ll look you in your face, drive off and then charge you for a no-show!

Terrible experience. We travel frequently and have NEVER experienced this. 1 star, terrible service and even worse customer service I was one of the passengers for our scheduled 11:20 a.m. pickup from Hyatt Ziva to the airport, and I also personally spoke with Cabo Airport Shuttle after our driver left us in fluent Spanish so nothing could be misunderstood. We were in the lobby/front of the hotel around 11:29 a.m., trying to identify which of the vehicles outside was our shuttle. We actually saw our car driving away from the hotel (it was a silver SUV). We thought the driver was circling around and coming back, but he never did. At 11:34 a.m., while we were still at the hotel looking for the driver, we emailed the company asking where he was. I then personally spoke with Cabo Airport Shuttle, and was told that their drivers have a 15-minute grace period. Our pickup was at 11:20, so that grace period would not have ended until 11:35 a.m. We were there before 11:35, and the company was contacted at 11:34 because their driver had already left. Instead of acknowledging that their driver left before the grace period ended or sending him back, the company told us he would not return. We were forced to find and pay for another ride to the airport. Then, incredibly, they classified us as a “no-show” and refused a refund, claiming the driver waited the full 15 minutes. That simply does not match what happened. I was there, I watched the shuttle leave, and I personally spoke with the company about it. Mistakes happen, but the way a company responds to a mistake says everything. Cabo Airport Shuttle had an opportunity to fix this situation and instead chose to blame its customers, refuse to send the driver back, and deny a refund for transportation they did not provide. We travel frequently and have used airport transportation in many places. I have never experienced customer service like this. I would not recommend Cabo Airport Shuttle.

We also work to make meeting your driver as simple as possible. For hotel departures, our designated meeting point is the hotel front desk at the confirmed pickup time. We provide this information at booking and send a reminder the day before. We share this not to minimize your experience, but because we want every guest to feel confident and prepared for their transfer. In this case, the scheduled pickup was 11:20 a.m., and our driver was at the meeting point and waited beyond our standard waiting period.   We appreciate the feedback and will use this experience as an opportunity to continue improving our service.

Driver Left Before Their Own Grace Period, Terrible Customer Service

1 star Absolutely terrible customer service. I booked and prepaid for a round-trip airport transfer with Cabo Airport Shuttle, including an 11:20 a.m. pickup from Hyatt Ziva to the airport. We were in the hotel lobby at approximately 11:29 a.m., trying to determine which of the multiple vehicles outside was ours. While we were there, we saw the Cabo Airport Shuttle vehicle leave the hotel roundabout. We assumed the driver was simply circling around and would come back, so we waited. He never returned. At 11:34 a.m., I emailed the company asking, “Where is my driver?” I then contacted them and was told their drivers have a 15-minute grace period, which would have meant the driver should have waited until approximately 11:35 a.m. He clearly did not. Even the Hyatt Ziva staff who witnessed what happened commented that the driver barely waited, seemed to be in a rush, and left quickly. What made the situation even worse was the company’s response. Instead of having the driver turn around and come back for passengers who were already at the hotel and still within their stated grace period, I was simply told that he would not return and that we needed to find another way to the airport. For an airport transportation company, where reliability and customer service are literally the entire point of the service, this is unacceptable. We prepaid for transportation, were present within the company’s stated grace period, literally watched our shuttle drive away, and were left scrambling to arrange alternative transportation to the airport. I have traveled extensively and used airport transfer services all over the world, and I have never experienced anything like this. I would not recommend Cabo Airport Shuttle based on this experience.
